Update: despite paying when I ordered they keep sending me invoices to pay. What a joke of a company

They didn’t deliver a complete item and without instructions on how to properly set it up. I rang and was told someone would call back. But unfortunately that hasn’t happened yet.

I’d find another company if possible.

I required confirmation of one or two things before placing the order, Having contacted Customer Service I received the information I was looking for in a very professional but friendly way.
After placing the order, the goods were delivered very quickly by a most helpful driver who didn't mind that, due to roadworks a small deviation was required to access our site.
All-in-All JUST GREAT!

Good day i did not had a good experience with ,i ordered a watercooler with hot end cold water bit i received watercooler with roomtemperature and cold water .
Secondly when ot was dilibered it was left on rhe groundfloor next to the lift which was obstrucring people to walk in and out .and thw dilibery man only informed me rhat he dilivered the order
And i was out of the home .
I am not really happy with the attitude of the delivery boy ,.
And also with the watercooler

Two of the water bottles had holes and were leaking.
