Extremely poor internet service. There are frequent outages, at least 3 times a week, often due to fiber cuts or area-wide issues. The problem rarely resolves on its own — you have to call their helpline, which is almost impossible to get through to as the line is usually busy. Even when you do get connected, the support is not effective.

Overall, it’s an unreliable service that I would not recommend to anyone. If you value stable coverage and peace of mind, this provider will only leave you frustrated.

We have been complaining for a month, but our problem is not being resolved. The browsing is slow, and every time it is said that the team will visit, but no one comes. Then we receive a message saying that the problem has been resolved. This has happened 10 times in this entire month.

Too much expensive .too many packet loss .on 24 mbps connection still youtube and other websites are slow ,games cannot be played .0 star

It is rather expensive then other isp .they do solve the problem rather quickly if any technical issue .but their reliability of Internet has taken big hit recently . 5 times in this month alone there was outage.
