Customer service was great and they…

Customer service was great and they responded in a timely manner. They provided a quality video before shipping the unit which was great. The unit came fast and there shipping timeline was accurate. Great product and great company.

The customer service was amazing

The customer service was amazing, they respond in a timely manner and are very polite. The turnaround time was super fast and they even sent me a quality video before shipping the watch out. My watch came and it is amazingly crafted, soooo super nice. The boxing and paperwork are all great. I give them a 10/10 will buy more and definitely recommend!!

Great communication throughout entire process. Video detail of my watch prior to shipping to confirm approval. Luxury watch at reasonable cost. I recommend 100%. But as it goes for everything, do your research and get what you like!

Trustworthy and excellent communication!
