Good straight forward service in selling my watch would highly recommend

Let’s say the whole story :
I bought September 2024 a Rolex watch (which it supposed to never stop working ) and WatchTrader promoted the watch on their page as Excellent condition.
I understand that I have bought quite an old watch, but I spent a lot of money for a Rolex watch which supposedly never stop working and it was promoted by you as excellent condition. I spoke with Josh on what’s up and he ensured me that the watch is working perfectly and excellent condition. I was excited I bought a watch and Josh asked me to leave review at the time of purchase I was happy did I expected it will break after 6 months no , so now when I have experienced your service and attitude I have a better view of the company.
I bought the watch and 6 months later ( only 6 months )of wearing this forever watch in an excellent condition *by watch trader the watch stopped working . ( completely stopped working , I was devastated and sad ) I was in shock and extremely disappointed from my purchase and from the service.

I contacted watchTrader for the service as it has 12 months of warranty they have been very rude and unfriendly to me via messages. ( it’s not my fault your item is so bad and after 6 months stopped working ) everyone would agree with me that watch is not in a excellent condition if it stopped working after 6 months. I do not recommend this company.

Instead of apologizing to me that I have experienced this with the item I bought so quickly, that they have sold me a shit item , they were rude to me when I tried to get the service which is covered in the warranty .

Of course I want to sell this watch as after another 6 months when the watch you sold me beaks down again I have to pay 700£ for service .
You obviously don’t want to buy the watch as you are actually admitting you have sold a shit item you don’t even believe you can sell it again ! ( what a joke)

Plenty of other watch traders, make your research and don’t trust them . ( also very weird that they are constantly switching their contact numbers, in order to get in touch with them )

I am very unhappy , disappointed, with this company , I feel like they sold me an item that should be used for lifetime , but required service after 6 months only, purely don’t promote it as excellent , say it’s satisfactory condition. Just shocking and not right and your defensive answer below is just proving it all !!
I won’t trust and buy from them again !
We live in a free country where I have the right to express my experience, how I felt and what I like or dislike.

Faulty watch after 6 months was obviously described very poorly from your team as excellent .

Had the opportunity to purchase one of my ‘grail’ watches from Watchtrader and the experience from start to finish was absolutely first class. Guv ensured that everything went smoothly and was extremely helpful and answered all my questions, a true gentleman. I recently sold a watch to Watchtrader & Co. The whole experience was an excellent one right from the start. The whole team and especially Jon was very helpful. I received a very clear and friendly communication from start to end. Jon actually extended a big favour and especially came on a weekend as I was travelling from far.
I’ve been kept informed at every step and payments were processed swiftly.

Absolutely seamless very professional company, all paper work received within minutes of concluding the deal. watch received within 24hrs pre 1pm delivery - absolutely perfect and I am over the moon with the Rolex Pepsi purchased which is exactly as described and in mint condition as are box, papers, was etc etc

Really good communication, and very slick process with invoice , delivery , tracking.

Simple, easy and a great end result. Whilst comms were a maybe a little quiet I didn’t have time to worry as everything was prompt, the watch I recieved was exactly as advertised - and payment was also paid promptly. I even received a complimentary watch roll. Nice touch.

The bottom line is I got a great watch at a good price with quick delivery. The watch actually surpassed my expectations
