Bought a silver & gold bracelet I enquired before I purchased you have stock silver & gold Rolex Bracelet. Yes no problem. I purchased £52.06p
Requested dispatch details and tracking a week later. Told to wait as they are made to order. Three weeks later complained and told no stock would I order gold only said no sorry I want gold and silver. The stoped what’s app messages so I screenshot everything I was told Chinese holiday please wait for refund. Nothing so contacted PayPal and credit card company to start refund process but still no reply from seller escalated case and was refunded full amount due to no response. Dishonest sellers who lie to achieve a sale then lie lie and lie again. Always pay these Chinese companies by credit card or PayPal to insure you get your money back

I paid for the Panerai BiTiempo 44m watch after an approximate 2-week email conversation where we discussed the particular request of a fully functioning watch with a smaller band (requested 1”-2” shorter). After receiving the video showing the watch. I received the watch via FedEx, with these three imperfections.

1. A defective clasp.
2. A standard size band, measured up to two other watches.
3. A broken non-moving hand.

I sent 5 different emails with photos requesting a repair after no respond I began to request a 100 % refund like the website list, and also a SASE for shipping back to their San Frisco, CA location like listed on the website. Still no reply I send a message with photos and excerpts from there website to my PayPal account, within the same day they explained that I would have to send it back to them. Again, I asked for a SASE and relayed that I had the address from the website already, and they said no they just use that San Francisco address on their website. I replied that I will send the tracking number USPS and you should reimburse me, because you sent a brand-new broken watch to me. Andy replied, ok we will issue a refund when we received the returned watch.

They issued just the cost of the watch and no return to my $32.24 and just like before no replies to my email again. Do not trust this company, they will try to scam you, they will send messages from: Andy, Cathy or Patrick and they will not reply to you via email or WhatsApp when you get your faulty product.

Don't even bother with this company. Based in China, used a weird payment system again based in China. Will take your order and the money with some added on for shipment and currency difference. You will then get contacted via e-mail to say watch ordered not stock recheck link. Not even correct English grammar. Waiting to hear from them but not hopeful. Do not trust!.

Watch arrived ok. Dont waste your money as the complications wont work. To be fair the watch keeps good time. So dont ordef anything that has any small dials on the face.

First off they took more money than watch and delivery was . Then after a week without hearing from them I asked for shipping details, I heard nothing from the site so I contacted a personal email address and was told they could not provide shipping details. I then asked for a refund as something didn't seem right and 18 days later I still have not received either the watch or the refund .
The site claims to be in the UK but it obviously isn't .
DONT NOT TRUST THIS SITE !!!!!!!!!!
I have now alerted my bank and they are looking into it for me .

Took more money than the watch and delivery was. They also are not UK based so beware. Have requested a refund.
