Customer service was amazing, he personally traveled quite a distance to deliver it to me and was helpful when it came to basic problems like bolts coming loose, I have been using it for the past year doing 14 miles pretty much every day racked up about 1500miles and during my journey I have realised that the battery is not 40AH but 33.6ah not a massive problem but the reason why it has is because the cells inside cannot handle the controllers so it has crazy voltage sag as a result I’ve had to ride in eco mode from now on, I’ve never let it go down to 20% and mainly to 80% and if I’m in 3rd gear at for example 65v it goes down to 54V when I full throttle and shuts down. Good seller but very disappointing as the battery is the expensive so I’ve got a dud battery at the minute just needs to check the scooter because the manufacturer he bought it from had lied on the spec sheet.

Travelled from Essex to purchase the Embaner pro X6 scooter was greeted by very friendly kind man who took us into his business hut that was all organised with brand new scooter wheels on display, brand new scooter parts of different kinds and accessories I saw a high impact safety padded vest plate hanging up too.
The scooter was presented on a high stand in all its glory,I thought that's a very professional way to show off a product inside of on the floor I was very impressed!

George took his time speaking with my partner who has had both halfords own brand carrera e scooter

(never get impel is-1 thats prone to punches also the side reflective snap off and are irreplaceable by halfords and manufacturers can't get replacements ordered trust
me we tried we got this answer from HQ in email, carrera is-2 2.0 is the better one this had lasted my partner 2yrs 2000 miles 4 punches but it ran its course problems started but it always leads to Halfords this time there was no stock of this carrera is-2 2.0 in the whole UK online they only have display in store which they won't sell you and ordering a new front wheel £50 2-3wks to come in my partner needed it ASAP for work that day)

The scooter Embaner pro X6 fair price is a George showed my partner how it works as it was on the high stand he was able to show us it was all on working order but also go through the levels of speed, functions, the frame work how to adjust the lights.

George had the best knowledge he knew the product he was selling inside out and he was giving my partner guidance and advice on what tools to use too, them two built up a really good repoir he is such a lovely man he gave my partner the correct tool kit that was his own!

George give warranties and 10% discount off anything you need for your scooter now that you have an account he also has a place to take it for repair...( that was my job to ask important questions about warranty as BIG BOYS AND THEIR NEW TOYS are to excited and forget )
Paying by card was very easy as you do it on the website
George gave us some merch I asked if we could have another matching T-shirt for our son who turns 17 tomorrow and he did with wishing him a happy birthday (his gone to 6th form special educational school wearing it today he loves it thank you George)

George helped put the scooter in the car we all shook hands he wished our son happy birthday again and if there is anything my partner needs just to call him.

I 100% recommend Watch My Ride when purchasing a scooter, my partner called first as originally this wasn't the one we were interested in at first,

George gave fantastic customer service to begin with over the phone asking questions to find a scooter that suited my partner needs and also when we got there he took great care really friendly kind it was a wonderful experience from start to finish

When we got home our 10yr daughter was very excited she has named it WALL-E because of the headlights lol she is looking forward to riding on it with her daddy and her matching red metallic high impact scooter helmet is arriving today from amazon safety first The Beast is more powerful then the last scooter.

I brought a 6000w scooter from watch my ride today. I received 10/10 communication. 10/10 service.10/10 people skills. And lastly 10/10 product. I had to travel to Bristol from wolverhampton but was worth it. I would honestly recommend u buy from this buyer. Really professional about his work. I'm one of nature's true sceptics and so I'm very wary of people I don't know so trusting people doesn't come easy for me but believe me when I say this company is 100% the best company I've dealt with in a very long time and I'd recommend watch my ride with a guarantee that you won't regret it .
I bought one of their off road scooters called the buddy and this thing is amazing I have never been happier with a purchase . My scooter arrived really quickly and George kept me updated every single day on the progress of my purchase which took less than a week and most of that time was due to paypal . from the day it was posted it took less than 36 hours to reach me .

Pleasent experience. Quick deliver, parts well packaged. can't fault this company one bit.
