I probably wouldn’t do this again tbh. My partner and I both entered tier 1 hoping for a nice watch even just one of us . When we got it, we both got the exact same watch. Silver Casio (it’s quite fu... See more

I understood that the chance of getting a luxury watch was limited but I did expect them to at least give the watch a bit of a clean and service before sending them out. Received a no more than £10 watch that still had grime from the previous owner on the strap. Took a long time to arrive and I’m just not convinced they are what they say on the tin… won’t be doing it again.

Watch came a month later, cheap packaging and a cheap 35 euro watch. Terrible experience and no reply's to e-mails. Don't forget if you're not in the uk you'll pay 22 euro shipping tariffs above the 11 euro shipping cost. To eventually get a cheap Chinese eBay watch. Feels like one big scam. My order number was #1951 and I would like a full refund.
Edit: they refunded my money and owned up.

I revived my order today and I was very disappointed. In all their videos it is stated luxury brand watch but the watch I revived today is a Walmart brand watch that cost about 15-20$. I was expecting more specially since I paid a lot due to the shipping to the US and the watch is not worth what I paid. I am very disappointed in this. I only hope they do refund.

I ordered the mystery watch box for the chance to win a Rolex or possibly something vintage that I would never have thought of picking up. Instead, there were numerous so-called “shipping delays,” which turned out to be a cover-up for this clown to purchase cheap $10–$25 watches and ship them to customers, making an insane profit.
The boxes were not “randomized” as he claimed, there is proof in this video on YouTube: WATCH HARBOR, RED WARNING TO AVOID THIS COMPANY! To make matters worse, I repeatedly asked for a picture or at the very least a list of potential watches that could be included, so people would know what they were paying for. He ignored those comments but responded to other things I mentioned on Instagram.
I paid nearly $100 shipped and still haven’t received my order, which was meant to be a birthday gift that has long since passed because he didn’t ship on time as promised. I’ve sent multiple emails with no response. The flashy videos and fake bought followers made me believe this might be legitimate, but it turned out to be nothing more than a scam.
I have no problem with mystery boxes if they are legit, fair, and appropriately priced. This guy just wanted to make a quick buck, and got caught. FILE A CHARGEBACK with your credit card company and report him for fraud to the rightful authorities.

I had high expectations of Harbour Watch based on their attractive marketing and fun concept. Unfortunately my experience is negative.
The watch I received today after almost a month waiting is an unbranded, cheap budget watch that you can find online for just a few euros and not a quality vintage watch that was promised!
In addition to the purchase price and shipping costs for ORDER#1929, I also had to pay import duties of €22.46, bringing the total cost to €104.36.
It feels like I was misled by pretty words and videos, while the actual product does not match that image at all.
In short: an expensive lesson.
Harbour Watch comes across to me as a brand that is great at marketing, but not at delivering real quality.
Sadly, I cannot recommend them to anyone.

Watch came cheaply packaged and not at all like what was showed in the videos. The bracelet is in absolute terrible condition and there is a good size crack in the crystal. The so called “slow shipping” is because the watches are bought on eBay from €10-25 yet they charge much more. I found the exact watch they sent that was purchased on eBay 10 days after the drop. These guys are not legit and I doubt there is even a Rolex. They buy cheap vintage watches on eBay after their “drop” and do not actually have all the watches they “have.” I feel ripped off and will be requesting a refund immediately!

I ordered 3 watches and found them all listed on eBay for less than £10 each all bought after I paid for them. Delivery delay or waiting for funds to purchased rubbish for your scam. Trying to get in touch but no replies. Awaiting full refund.

I have purchased 3 mystery boxes, 2 as part of the mystery drop, where you have to register and 1 as part of an open purchase. August 1, for the 2 as part of the mystery box drop. August 5, for 1 mystery box general access. To date I have not received any watches. I complained about the 2 boxes from the drop program where they said there were 150 boxes with 50 being quality watches including Omega, Tudor, Breitling, and even a Rolex Datejust.
Watch Harbor said the 2 boxes were "lost" and blamed it on the shipper. When I called the shipper they said that Watch Harbor created the shipping labels but that no drop off to them had been made.
Watch Harbor said they would send out 2 replacement watches. NOW THIS IS WHERE I THINK I WAS SCAMMED. So they just pick out 2 watches as a replacement, what do you think my changes of them picking out a Omega, Tudor, Breitling, and even a Rolex Datejust? Yea, 0 chance.
We will see if and when I get any of the 3 boxes.
My advice - just buy vintage watches directly where you are guaranteed to get a watch . Do not buy Mystery Watches from Watch Harbor.

I was fond of the idea and so I ordered a Mystery Watch, the order took about 20 days to come. I was kept updated on TikTok and they mentioned that it was “shipping delays”. I then received an Accurist SP1/U, the strap was so rigid that I couldn’t even close it on my wrist.
Regardless, I then went online as I wasn’t familiar with the watch nor brand, this is when I found the exact watch that had been shipped to me in some bubble wrap that had been sold for £19 on eBay. I knew this was the exact watch as the marks on the back of the watch were identical.
The issue is that the watch had been sold on eBay 6 days after I purchased the Mystery Watch and according to their website these watches are all “carefully packaged a week before the drop” so this makes me think that they took my £59 and then bought said watch with this money to make a profit.
It’s a shame since I was very much looking forward to this experience.

When I saw the Mystery watch drop I thought what a fantastic idea. It was sold as you paid £59 and they sent out the pre packaged watch at random with the possibility of a luxury item. I did the first one in July and after a long delay that I was told was due to the courier I received a watch it was ok not of great value. When the next one came up in August I decided to have another go this time purchasing 2. After an even longer delay I received my parcel with both watches in the same package ( how is this a pre packaged at random drop in the same parcel) I have since found both watches purchased on eBay for around a tenner 9 days after I made the purchase! The pictures on eBay have the exact same marks so I am 100% these are the same watches. I believe this is a scam and I have now wasted £177 on these watches. I am not happy and if it is not resolved I will be taking this further. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS

What should have been a fun concept has left a bit of a sour taste.
Entered the mystery watch for August to be in with a chance of getting a nice vintage watch, fully aware that it might have been one of the lower tier that I'd receive.
As with others had issues with the delay and reached out via their tiktok channel and was reassured it was on the way once the issues had been sorted. Eventually received a watch, and it was an affordable piece, not an issue, luck of the draw, just happy to be supporting an up and coming business and the mystery element adding to the experience.
Since found out through another customer that the watch I received wasn't pre-packaged before the draw but was in fact only bought 9 days after I paid to enter. Just a real disappointment and not the review I wanted to leave as it could have been an excellent regular competition.
Order #1858
Update: Added my order number as I've been offered a refund, however, if you want to regain customer trust, I think it's important to be up front about where you've gone wrong. If you decide to continue doing the mystery watches, then a transparency is required such as notice on your site of the order numbers that have gotten luxury watches and a proper catalogue of the available watches (because if they really are being bought and packaged in advance then you should have evidence that this is the case) and on your socials you've not exactly been up front about what's gone on and are continuing to promote the October drop. Address these issues on the same channels you're promoting your next drop and you may start to rebuild your reputation.

Very disappointed, I ordered a men’s and a ladies watch, same story as everyone else with the waiting time and when they finally arrived in a Jiffy bags and a bit of bubble wrap.on opening them up I was even more disappointed the ladies watch was about big enough it fit a child and the man’s watch is totally unusable due to the fact the winder comes completely out .i could have bought both of these for £20 maximum.

"I was very excited about the mystery watch. Unfortunately, it did not turn out as I had hoped. I received a Sekonda watch, which is unfortunately far too small for men, the strap is almost falling apart. and also much cheaper than the €59 you paid."
"To me, this sounds more like a scam, since several people have experienced the same issue. It seems as if they are just sourcing all the watches from eBay, which should not and cannot be the case. Such a shame."

I love the idea of a mystery watch draw such as this, however I have to complain about the actual execution of it. First off the delivery was delayed, which isn’t too big of a deal. Secondly, the watch arrived with the case back not properly secured despite being supposedly serviced, I got it fixed no big deal. However I had a look on eBay and found my exact watch but it was sold on the 7th of August for £9.37, a full week after I had purchased the mystery raffle for £59. I find the entire thing dishonest and a little disappointing. The customer service seems good and the people running it seem nice, but this is massively overshadowed by the fact that I feel scammed out of my money.

Unfortunately this does seem like a scam.
Many issues with this from the process isn't what is described, with the cheapest watches being bought on eBay after the actual drop date (theres clear evidence of this) to the information given bout shipping doesn't add up and contradicts themselves.
I have contacted them privately, so i won't go into the full details, yet.
They have offered me a refund on both my Early Access and General Access. But I'm yet to see that in the bank.
If the refund isn't with me soon, I'll be taken it further with full details of how this is definitely not what you think your paying for.
Very disappointing because it seems like a great concept, but they went about it the complete wrong way.
At the moment its hard to belive any of their excuses as they don't seem to acknowledge the fact there is clear evidence of them buying cheap watches off eBay after the drop date / after you pay.
** Update** 21/08/25
I have now been fully refunded for the Early Access and General Access.
So thank you to the Guys a Watch Harbor for acting promptly on this.

I ordered three watches from Watch Harbour: a Seiko for my girlfriend a few months ago, and more recently, a men's and a women's mystery raffle.
Before I get into the negatives and my advice, I must say that I’ve spoken with Watch Harbour over WhatsApp, and they seem like great blokes. They were very fast with their replies, and the service and delivery for the Seiko were excellent.
My Concerns and Suggestions
I ordered my watches on August 1st and received them on the 18th. I understand there were issues with shipping, and they were upfront about that. I received two vintage Accurist watches, both of which were in good condition. However, the packaging, as others have said, was just a padded envelope and some bubble wrap. Given that the watches are supposed to be pre-boxed and randomly allocated a week before the raffle, this is not acceptable.
I have no problem with the fact that I only received Accurist watches; it’s a raffle, and that is a risk you run.
My advice for Watch Harbour is:
* Box the watches with a date inside to back up the pre-boxed, random allocations claim, and then use a sealed box for shipping. This would not only protect the watches but also prove the integrity of your process.
* Be upfront about all brands in the draw. I’ve heard of people getting Sekondas. The USSR-built Sekondas are cool, but the newer ones are Chinese rubbish. Regardless, there was no mention of Sekonda anywhere; you should list all the brands in the draw.
* Convey more information about which watches are in the early access draw versus the regular draw. I entered the early draw hoping to get something good and I liked the look of the tag that was actually in the draw after. but the lack of information made this confusing.
* Keep the normal store running as well. The mystery raffles are a great concept, but your customers should also be able to buy a specific watch they want, like the Seiko I purchased.
Overall, this is a good concept that is not yet properly executed. This is a new idea with a small team, and I just hope you can iron out the issues I’ve outlined. I wish you luck, because you could be onto something if you fix these issues.
I'm going to pass on this next raffle see what changes but will probably enter monthly if changes occur because I like the concept. Boxes and transparency will make or break this

I was so excited for this to be a great thing, given the hype all over their instagram. I was disappointed to say the least. 1. There were shipping delays on early access orders (due to consignment) but evidence has come a light that the pieces were bought off eBay for dirt cheap after everyone had paid the £59. 2. the packaging was very poor. (Just an envelope and tiny bit of bubble wrap) and finally the watch was a cheap Chinese Sekonda, best described as tat. currently available on eBay ranging anywhere from £5 to £13 with best offer available. And watch harbours own admission was that the least value watch available would be £35.
Considering each drop makes watch harbour £11,800. £59x200 pieces obviously minus expenses this was very very poor.
I would love to see evidence of any of the 25 luxury pieces being received to prove this isn’t a Scam. Make your own mind up if there is a trading standards issue?
My money was wasted. Do the right thing and save your reputation watch harbour and issue a full refund.
So I can go and buy a lovely (real) vintage Seiko for my hard earned money.

Watch was late and when it arrived the strap was damaged. Completely unusable. Despite this i did get a reply when i complained within about 10 minutes stating that i was getting a full refund so not the end of the world i suppose. Such a shame though, really good idea and wanted to love it, also seeing evidence of watches being purchased on ebay after the drop despite it claiming to be pre packaged, not sure if this is true or not but either way not ideal.

Not overly impressed with this. As other reviewers have mentioned, we all got hit with ‘shipping delays’.
I received a quartz watch with plastic diamantés in the dial.
The watch needs a good clean too although it looks like it has a new strap. Albeit a ‘made in china’ one.

Received this watch today after weeks of waiting and found out it’s been purchased on eBay… after I had entered the drop (10th August). Equally, my friends who have entered have found out they’ve had the exact same problem… so much for pre-packaged mystery watches.
Not only was my watch worth £13 on ebay, it’s clearly not been serviced and has clear rust and mould around the face of the watch. No boxes as advertised on Tik tok and Instagram, just in some bubble wrap.
I understand that this is part of the risk of the draw, however, I would at least expect a clean, good conditioned watch as a bare minimum.
I will be reporting this to the trading standards if this issue does not get resolved. I will be in touch shortly.
