Really impressed with WatchExclusive
Excellent turnaround time between time of placing watch and receiving it - the initial customer service is missing, as the team only start actively responding after the order has been confirmed and paperwork is almost completed at origin, but otherwise, great place to buy watches from. The company should look into introducing more higher end offerings, as the price point is much better on their site versus other EU-based online sellers

The watch itself is stunning—robust, well-built, and with the high quality you’d expect from Citizen. What made the purchase even better was the price: it was £130 cheaper than buying in the UK, and I didn’t have to pay any additional tax or hidden fees.

I paid £190.70 for my Casio Edifice EFK 100D, the same watch in Blighty cost around £250 on average (if it's available). WatchExclusive also ensured I didn't accrue any import duties etc with UK customs, leaving me very impressed with their service.
Ordinarily, I would say if something appears too good to be true, then it is. But not with WatchExclusive!

Great watch, great price, great service
I was a little unsure about ordering a watch from outside the UK, but the one a wanted was listed on the site at a great price, around 1/3rd cheaper than from the manufacturer, so I thought I would give them a go. I paid via PayPal so I had some protection if there were any problems.
Following my order, I received an email saying the watch was out of stock but should be available in 7 -10 days. After about a week I received an email to advise that the watch was back in stock and would be despatched shortly.
I received notification when it arrived in the UK and when it would be delivered.
As it was a Royal Mail delivery, I was a little worried that I might have to pay some Customs charges but there were none due.
I have a very nice watch at a great price, so I would recommend WatchExclusive.
