hi . we received the marc jacobs watch but we have had trouble starting right away. some of the details on the face came loose and it gets in the way of the watch movements sometimes causing the watch to stop completely
my mistake that i have not reached out to the retailer up until now.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!! I’d give negative 0 if possible!!!! This makebelive business is a joke. Orders a watch over 200$ and it arrived broken and dirty … the customer service is by far the worst ever… accused me oh causing the damage , told me I couldn’t get a refund or exchange but would give me a credit…. Total be bs I never got any credit… they stop replying to me when I asked about i sending them several emails…. And they even gave me a fake number to call for assistance and the number isn’t even a working number!!!! I shop online all the time and the is my 1st review ever… I never gave a review the time even if I was unsatisfied with an item but this sale from watches of America was sooooooooo freaking horrible… how can they get away with this

Hi Lashora, I am very sorry you feel this way. However, as mentioned to you by email, this is a transparent silicon / nylon material and it is very normal for dust to show or get exposed since it’s a transparent strap.
Please note that all our products are brand new we have not shipped you a used product as we do not store any used watches. We have a very strong quality control team who always asses the watches before shipping to customers.
We emailed you on the 8th of July asking for photos and you have replied back to us with the photos on the 22nd July. You replied back after 14 days, it seems the dust was from normal wear & tear.
We've offered you a store credit to make it up to you. Again, we apologies for the inconvenience caused, your feedback is always important to us as we are equally grateful when customers let us know when things didn't quite go to plan.

Product was not even close to the photo! And to correct this I was supposed to pay the shipping to exchange the item. The address on the website is in the United States...but it actually came from Dubai. Everything was very misleading

I completely understand the frustration, and I am very sorry you feel this way, however as previously mentioned, we do have Returns & Exchanges Policy "Items may vary slightly in size, colour, and pattern to those visible on the online store".
We were more than happy to exchange the watch for you however you refused because according to our T&Cs, "The customer must pay for postage and handling" and we never heard back from you.
We are based in the United States, but we keep our stock in US, AUS, NZ, UK, and UAE to have a world-wide reach. The location of dispatch depends on the model you purchased.
Thank you Amy for letting us know about this. Your feedback helps us do better and we are looking to improve our product photos.

We are very sorry that you feel this way, however your package has been delivered on the 28th March at 09:49am. We have emailed you the Proof of delivery as well. Is there anybody in your house or neighborhood who could have picked it up for safekeeping? If not then the next step is to file a missing package claim with DHL. Once it's confirmed with DHL that it is indeed missing/stolen then we will go ahead and proceed with a replacement.
