I Had been searching for a NOS Hulk 2019 birth year watch for my firstborn son and Watches London had it. The entire experience was smooth and professional from start to finish.

I was visiting Europe for a couple of weeks and not visiting London but they were kind enough to deliver the watch to my Paris Hotel. Amazing!

I have been a watch enthusiast for many years and the hobby inevitably lures you into what can sometimes be the murky world of the grey market watch dealer.
I found Watches LDN when searching for a specific timepiece. Having never dealt with them before there is always that fear of the unknown. Doing my own due diligence I checked Companies house for the usual financial implications and read the reviews here on Trustpilot, which I will be honest I thought that they had written themselves as they were that good.
I met Nick at his showroom to view the watch. First impressions are very important and Nick put me right at ease. His manner although relaxed masks a true professional who loves what he does, has excellent knowledge and great people skills. I left to consider mutually agreeable options of acquiring the watch, but I knew I had found the right dealer.
I returned a week later as we were able to get a deal done and I can honestly say that Nick is one of the nicest guys I have met in the watch industry. He went above and beyond in his efforts to make me feel comfortable. The customer service is excellent and the transaction itself was succinct and seamless.
I cant thank Nick enough for making this purchase a pleasurable experience.
When I am next in the market for another timepiece, I don’t think I would go anywhere else.

I bought a Patek from Nick last week.
I was a bit nervous as I haven’t dealt with them before and am not based in UK, so sending a large some of money without seeing the watch was a little daunting.
However Nick was very sympathetic and accommodating of the queries and thoroughly professional throughout.. he had the watch delivered as promised and exceeded all expectations.
Will definitely recommend them!

I have recently bought a RM010 with a velcro strap that comes with a blue rubber strap as well. Nick from Watches London has reserved this watch for me when I told him that I was interested but I was on my holidays and out of town. He has allow me to put in deposit and pay in 3 increments with ease!

The best part is he even flew here to Toronto Canada from London to check with me with the watch if everything is well and all in person during the weekend. But there was a cancellation on the flight, yet he persisted to come a day after with no delay! Throughout he has also communicated with me with super fast response. When he arrived here in Toronto, we got to meet and have some coffee watches, even pokemon and more conversations that won’t be mentioned here lol, it was a great time. He is a very friendly and nice guy, very easy to deal with throughout the process! Absolutely going to recommend!!! If I can give a six or more stars out of five I would! There are more to this that I can write here.
