Honestly the worst company I've ever had to deal with! They can never find our account when phoning. They've missed collections which is actually them breaking their contract. My husbands business closed due to the property being sold, provided everything they needed to close the account and they're still harassing us.
If you have a contract with them I wouldnt renew it and go somewhere reliable

Not a good experience at all
Not a good experience at all. Ordered a new bin and got delivery but there is a lock on bin for which I didn’t get any notification or communication to unlock. Chat option in app is also not helpful at all..

been with them near 5 years every year…
been with them near 5 years every time they call and agree a new contract i had 2 call near 4 weeks apart a few weeks ago and had asked for them to call back but both times they didn't so send a email asking to end contract and in true style as always it got ignored so a month later i complain to waste managed. today i get a call saying i would need to pay over £200 + vat to cancel as my contract auto renewed i have not signed anything to say this or had any email confirmation they ask for proof i am leaving/ closing the company i am disgusted so i advise anyone wanting this service to avoid also i past the only way to get a response is to complain on here and this is not the way to operate

Following your request to end the service due to vacating your current address, we advised that we would require valid end of tenancy documentation in order to proceed with cancelling the contract.
Unfortunately, as you are unwilling to ptovide this documentation, we are currently unable to move forward with the cancellation request. As a result, we have reached an impasse and the case has now been placed in deadlock and formally closed.

Another 1 star review for this very unreliable company. Wish I had read these before I got into a 2 year contract! Eagerly awaiting my contract to end to be told it had rolled on and I’m liable for £390 cancellation fee!! I was not told to put in writing and have email to prove I was told it would end with no instructions from me. Iv not ever had a regular collection and spent many weeks with bags of rubbish collecting outside my salon & being charged an extortionate amount each month, with added additional costs for extra bags that were not previously collected! This company doesn’t have a complaints team and the service team read off scripts so you don’t get anywhere, just round in circles for months. Avoid at all cost. Still waiting for a call or email from management, still not uplifted the bin & still being held in a contract even they have not provided the required service.
