Responded to our call with a next day call, assessed the problem, checked the potential wasps nest which was out of sight in the eaves and took remedial action which appears to have resolved the problem. Visit took no more than 20 minutes and the technician arrived promptly on time. Because of the position of the nest which was inaccessible the treatment consisted of puffing powder into the area with an extended pole. I agreed the price up front and was charged exactly as agreed.

The staff I dealt with were helpful & friendly. However, I felt it was a lot of money for what turned out to be a 10 minute visit. Also, I did not like the fact that you had to be pay in full upfront.

We had a wasp nest in our loft. When I first telephoned, I thought the gentleman who answered was very patronising even though I explained i hadn't had this problem before and I didn't know what was involved. I booked an appt six days later so it was on a weekend which I had to pay for immediately.

I was given a timeslot of between 8am and 2pm on the Saturday and I was told that I would receive a phone call 30 minutes before. 1.30pm arrived and still no phone call. I telephoned to see when we would expect the engineer only to be told an engineer would not be attending that day. I explained that I had waited in all day with two children and I was more upset that I had to call in order to get a status update. A manager called me back within 10 minutes to explain that the engineer had a family emergency and therefore couldn't attend. I accept these things happen and couldn't be helped but I am disappointed with the customer service as I had to call in for an update. The manager said i was "on the list of people to call". That doesn't make me feel very special.

The engineer did come out before 10am as promised the next day. He did not need to come in the property as we could see where they were entering. He was only here 10 minutes applying the poison. It was therefore very expensive for the amount of time he was here. Still it appears that the wasp problem has been sorted which is the main thing.

The young lad who came out was great...very polite and explained everything in detail...my wasps were gone in a day. Good service but very pricey for what was done
