We are regular sashimi eaters. I saw waso advertised on facebook. I thought let’s give a try with this company. However we couldn’t regret more. It was delivered with a plastic bag not properly boxed with ice as other companies do. The quality of the food is poorer than normal fish market. Definitely not sashimi grades. I was shocking by the whole experience. And after I told them come to collect the junk food I paid a lot, the owner of the company totally ignored and encouraged me to make future order. AVOID!!!

These folks are fantastic, super quick delivery, quality of everything I’ve had has been great. Customer service is outstanding, had an incorrect item on an order, had a reply straight away when I emailed them and they sorted the correct items for reshipment immediately.

I make semi-regular purchases of authentic, otherwise-hard-to-source Japanese groceries and foodstuffs from Waso. On top of this, they recently went out of their way to ensure that an osechi order arrived in time for New Years. Very much appreciated!

I have placed an order from Waso Tokyo for some sushi rice and Juja tea, order was quickly dispatched and received, I'm a first and happy customer, I highly recommend for their quality products and reasonable prices. Ordered some fish and prawn from Bradley's on Monday for yesterday's delivery but still no sign of receiving them!

Quick response and delivery. Reasonable price always. Our son loves Sashimi from WASO very much. I am grateful I can buy Japanese fresh vegetables from them.They deliver items with superb packing. Excellent service and products. Highly recommend WASO!!!

I ordered 5 frozen ready main dishes from WASO. 3 of them were pork; however, the pork was like rubber plates and inedible.

I do not recommend ordering any pork dish from WASO.

This review comes a bit late as WASO service and food quality was super. Both DHL and DPD failed more than once respectively for the frozen food delivery and I almost wanted to give up. Mari and the team were excellent, sorted out and tried for a few times and the deliveries finally arrived perfect for our family. Top notch customer service and food quality.

My friend recommended WASO, and I have been using them since. Price is competitive and they keep improving their service to meet our needs. Never look elsewhere now to purchase Japanese foods.

A good selection of products at reasonable prices. Easy to order, followed plenty of updates and a slick delivery, with all items well packaged. Chilled items still cold upon delivery.

I used to buy all my Japanese essentials from other suppliers for decades until my Japanese friend recommended Waso to me. Ever since I have been buying rice, miso and other goodies from them regularly thanks to their reasonable prices and ‘excellent’ delivery service. I had many failed deliveries with another well-established Japanese shop even if I live in central London. I can trust Waso for its quality, customer service and delivery. We Japanese care about honesty and trust. I can recommend Waso to anyone.

Great variety and quality of products, convenient to shop with and insulation packaging to keep sashimi well-frozen. Responsive and professional CS who can give you advice if you are not familiar enough on Japanese cuisine.

Food quality is excellent and my family enjoys the fresh Japanese food with great satisfaction. The delivery packing is well done so that the food quality is maintained at a very high standard upon arrival.

Waso offers an amazingly wide range of high-quality authentic Japanese (and other Asian) meals, as well as competitive prices for Japanese groceries and other goods. They also have an efficient and trustworthy delivery system with a lot of flexibility.

The quality of their sashimi was good, packing with dry-ice was good, and they were quick to respond to solve when I had some issues.

The food are authentic, groceries are fresh. Proper unagi was hard to find else where even dining out. Order a few times and deliveries arrive as requested.

The A5 wagyu and dishes from Waso have become my weekly order. I cannot find any other online platform which I can order with quality and authentic Japanese food in the UK.

I have been using them for a while and the products are reasonably priced and deliveries have been prompt. The customer service is excellent too - when I reported a problem with a product delivered (a broken bottle), they quickly responded and processed a refund. I feel that Waso is a seller that I can trust.
