Den första tvätthallen öppnade i Roskilde 2013 och den första i Sverige öppnades i Nybro 2018. Norrmännen fick lära känna Wash World i början av 2020 när vi öppnade i Sarpsborg. Wash World var först i Norden med att införa “obegränsad biltvätt”, betala från bilen och automatisk nummerskyltsavläsning. I slutet av 2020 introducerade vi Tvätta själv på ett antal av våra anläggningar och vi är nu den största aktören på den kommersiella Tvätta själv-marknaden i Danmark. Wash World har för närvarande fler än 50 anställda inom administration och drift. Våra anläggningar är obemannade, men vi har ett team av servicetekniker och lokalvårdare som ser till att tvätthallarna fungerar och att våra anläggningar är rena. Dessutom har vi en egen helpdesk som är öppen dygnet runt med serviceinriktad personal som står redo vid telefonerna i händelse av brådskande problem med biltvätten. Wash World har ambitionen att bli ledande på den nordiska marknaden för biltvättar.

My car didn’t become clean
My car didn’t become clean, so I had to do it twice. There were no shampoo.
I have used your services many times and this was very poor.

Broke my car but refuses…
Broke my car but refuses responsibility.
I was a customer of theirs for two years. One day their wash brakes off my tankflap. Now their fraudulent insurance company denies my claim without even investigating it. Cant recomend them.In fact will tell people to avoid them.

Quite a lot of parts the parts the brushes dont reach and the carwash is often out of order.

Regarding the parts that the brushes don't reach, it's important to note that our soft brushes may not effectively reach certain areas such as under a rear spoiler, inside crevices, edges, and similar spots. For these harder-to-reach areas, we recommend manual pre-washing to ensure a more thorough cleaning.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the car wash being out of order at times. We are constantly working to improve our service and maintain our equipment to minimize such interruptions.
