Everything was received in a timely manner (considering it was shipped to me all the way in Canada!) Love everything that I ordered - thank you so much!

I asked the shop to under-declare the value of my package. The total amount (without shipping) was $23.
The shop promised to set the lowest amount possible. When I got my parcel, the price was marked as $22.
Apart from that, their tracking number did not update, and the package arrived out of the blue. I did not have money on hand to pay for the tax as I was not informed my package would be arriving today.
I am thoroughly disappointed and will probably not order from Washi Wednesday again.

Great selection of products and great prices!

My order arrived in a reasonable timeframe, and my items were packed well. I liked their little card with washi tape samples on it. I would have liked more communication on when my order would be shipped, as there was a gap of silence between placing my order and shipping. I understand that Covid may have been interfering here however.

I was disappointed to find that the packaging of one of my items was damaged on arrival. The plastic was torn, and the plastic sheeting sandwiching the stamps was very loose in comparison to the others by the same maker that I had also ordered. It gave me the impression that I was getting a second hand or pre-used item.

Amazing to shop at if you're not in a rush! The prices and variety of items to shop from makes this site a great option for your stationery needs. (Just keep in mind that if you're from the US it will take a little longer to receive your package.) If you have any concerns you should definitely send customer support a message. They reply promptly and with much care.

I purchased many weeks ago and the order still didn’t arrive.

I received my order and all of the items were correct. But due to packing items in a plastic envelope instead of a box, all the items were slightly damaged. Disappointing.

Washi Wednesday has an excellent selection of washi tapes and hard to find Kitta stickers. The prices are great and the shipping is fast. I’ll definitely be shopping here again!

I pre-ordered my traveler's limited edition notebooks with them. I got the new 2023 Olive edition, along with a matching pen clip. I got the package in about a week which is pretty good since I live in the US and they are located in Singapore. I can tell the staff at this company really care because they took to time to wrap my item with thought and consideration. They even included a free gift! I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Its not a company, its more like getting a package from a caring friend!

I ordered Stickers and a note pad. Everything came in time and has great quality. The Package was not unnecessarily big. I do think that the shipping costs are too high.

They took a picture of my actual package at the time of shipping, and advised there won't likely be updates until it reached US shores. I was so touched by this gesture! I expected it to take much longer in shipping, it was suprising how fast it came, and packaged so beautifully!! They used a lavendar washi on mine, to secure the items together, and of course I saved each little strip, I'm going to look for it when I place my next order :) Oh, and they added a little card of sample washi that I REALLY suspect they picked out just what I might like based on what I ordered, because I really love the ones they included. I feel genuinely appreciated by Washi Wednesday and have lots of customer loyalty feeling after my experience.
