Wash-Dry were quick and friendly during the sale, but were non-existent when my appliance stopped working. Only weeks after getting the appliance, it stopped working properly. I contacted Wash-Dry via their website, via email and by phone multiple times and received no answer to any form of contact. In the end I had to pay for a repair call-out from a separate business who fixed the issue. They said the issue would’ve been noticeable on inspection by Wash-Dry and definitely should’ve been fixed before selling on as the issue caused more damage to the machine. Poor quality products, poor servicing/inspection and poor after service.

I got a great deal on a cooker, that if it was new it would be double, or almost triple the price elsewhere. Its clean as anything and works perfect and only has afew marks on it, so pleased that my dad's Christmas dinner will be cooked to perfection now.

I collected it myself as I didn't want to wait or pay for delivery. The friendly lady member of staff even helped me put it in the car and explained the warranty etc. Can't fault this place.

Just got my Washer Dryer delivered this morning and installed. The process was so quick and easy. The customer service was amazing.

At 7pm last night our cooker went bang. At 7.20 I'd been online, found Wash-dry.co.uk, ordered a replacement cooker, had a confirmation phone call and the replacement cooker was delivered and installed at 4pm today! You can't get better than that! From the lady on the phone last night, to the delivery/installation guys today, the service is exceptional. Great prices too! Thank you

I always try to order from small and local businesses where I can. I ordered a washing machine which never arrived. Delivery was cancelled on Tuesday due to transport issues at the sellers end. Delivery was rearranged for Friday. Two calls were made by myself to the company to confirm that delivery was still going ahead. By 6pm, I still hadn't received the phone call to let me know that the delivery was on the way. I am still waiting for the phone call.

Customer service has been non-existent. If there was an issue with delivery for any reason, all it would have taken was a phone call, message or email to let me know. I have a lost a days pay waiting for something which didn’t arrive. Very glad I paid with PayPal although the refund still hasn’t cleared 7 days later.

Worst service ever. Have placed an order for a dryer. On their website is nowhere written that they don't deliver on certain parts of UK. They have charged me £35 for delivery even have inserted my postcode but not a second they have said that don't deliver on that postcode. After I have placed the order and I've contacted them to see if there is ok they have told me that they cannot deliver in Kent. Have asked if I can arrange for my own courier to pick up the dryer and they have denied my right to do that even they are encouraging store collection. Have to wait now 10 days for the money to be refunded even I have explained that I need the dryer urgently. Be aware before buying.

Fantastic value for money ordered several times now and had no complaints highly recommend to first time customers

Called in to the store welcomed by staff showed us around with no pressure very polite helpful delivery next day and removed old cooker can't thank u enough WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE
