Ordered an ice chiller

Ordered an ice chiller, punched in my addy otherwise, payment would not have gone through. I missed their incorrect addy on the email they sent me so it went to a home down the street from me, and was sent back. I'm still awaiting a refund or the product - I want a refund now and they refuse to provide one.

Cold plunge for health benefits

We were looking for a chiller/filter for our new cold plunge tub. We researched and read a lot of reviews and the Warrior Pro was exactly what we needed. After ordering it was shipped promptly and my husband set it up. We have been cold plunging for a few weeks now. The chiller started making a noise and I reached out to customer service and they responded promptly and sent out a new part. We are very happy with our purchase and very impressed with their customer service. Highly recommended!

Can't beat this company for the price / value

I'm super happy with my XL tub / chiller from Warrior Willpower! I really appreciated the installation videos, and got it running in under 45 min or so.

I also can't speak highly enough of this company's customer service... My tub had a leak on one of the ports, and they quickly the made the situation right and sent me a new tub.

I will be recommending this company to anyone interested in getting a cold plunge

This ice bath tub is extremely bad.

This combat is bad, the products they sell are bad , I wouldn’t buy them again. Bad quality and bad customer service. Overall bottom of the list of everything.

The person I chatted with not only took care of my issue quickly (they had sent the wrong item initially) and quickly sent the right item, they also took care of an additional issue immediately. Great help.

I love my Spartan Willpower Ice bath

I love my Spartan Willpower Ice bath! The water chilling system works amazing and keeps my ice bath sitting in the low 50s, even when the temperature outside reaches nearly 100 degrees. I am very pleased with the entire system! Also, their customer support is awesome! They have answered all of my questions in a prompt manner! Thanks Warrior Willpower (formerly Spartan Willpower)!

This company is very good …

Well I can only say that the chiller 1HP it is very good and efficient, I have set up everything on my basement, the top. It is very well insulated because it keeps the water cold, I use the plunge every day around 7 AM at 50°F and usually The temperature will go up to 58 so it takes me probably half hour maybe less to bring it down to 50, I had a few questions like connecting the Wi-Fi on the chiller, which is the best that I can mention because I can turn it on and off and also schedule through my iphone, Every time that I have a question, the company respond within 24 hours, I’m so happy with the machine and the service, I will definitely recommend it.

I purchased my cold plunge and pro…

I purchased my cold plunge and pro water chiller about a year ago to help me cool down after working construction in south Carolina heat. I have since realized so many more benefits such as my body regulating temperature better, lower stress and greatly improved mood and energy. I leave my water chiller running 24/7 and it still works fantastic keeping my water a nice 45 degrees. I highly recommend this product and the super friendly and helpful company that provides it.

disabled combat Vet got screwed

As a disabled combat Vet, i would not trust this company or any of its staff to clean my toilet. Their website so misleading at checkout for shipment and delivery timelines. Even on the phone and over email they are incompetent and take no accountability for misleading adds. I bought the same spec water chiller for half the price on Amazon and didn’t have to pay shipping. I asked for refund before the order was even sent out to their warehouse “overseas” x<48hrs and they are trying keep some of my money. Save yourself from the hassle of these online crooks.

This cooler is NOT made for outside
There is nothing “outdoor” about it.
And it sucks in temps over 80 degrees - even in shade -
It simply does not work
Buy re-usable ice bags for this much money - and get something that actually works - for $20 instead of $1500
I don’t know who is writing positive reviews- but they are either lying and employed by this company or they are using it inside.
They also just rebranded this product - probably because of the negative reviews … and instead of fixing the crappy product - they got clever on “controlling reviews”.
I couldn’t even review this product on the site - or through my order confirmation- so I KNOW that the product reviews on the website are fake.

Very pleasant and quick customer service team!

Had the product for about 50 weeks. Had a hole pop up on the lid of my ice bath. I filed a warranty and they sent me a new product with few questions asked. Very pleasant and quick customer service team!

Water pump broke/replaced

my pump power went out within 6 months. I sent a email to customer service and received a reply that same evening. They ordered me a new pump with no problems/questions asked. Great service to this point
