Well priced product, good communication and delivered in good time, what more could you want?

Ordered light bulbs Saturday. Got all the usual emails, they have processed my order etc the same day. On the following Thursday I had an email saying they had refunded my order, no explanation or refund.
I would NOT recommend this company.

Order placed and arrived in 48hrs.
Excellent packaging to avoid damage.
Best price I could find anywhere.
Would not hesitate to purchase from vendor in future.

Couldn't ask for a better experience. Delivery within three days and their stock levels are insane! Thanks guys

Paid for a glass lamp shade on 27th Sept that never arrived. they sent me a chainsaw band instead. I called them but still no lamp shade after two months. I will now get my bank to recover the money

I ordered a wheelbarrow from this company. I received no confirmation email. After 12 days and no wheelbarrow I decided to call them, they said they would look into it and get back to me....they didn’t!
A week later still no wheelbarrow so another phone call, again they would get back to me again they didn’t (sigh!)
Next day out of the blue my wheelbarrow shows up. Great thinks I to myself no harm done,forgive and forget.
To my horror after removing the packaging I discover big dents all over the wheelbarrow and on closer inspection big patches of rust which have been spray painted over in silver paint in an attempt to blend in with the galvanised body! The bolts were also rusty!
I sent them a similar email ten days ago which they have not bothered to reply to! Needless to say I shall not be doing business with this company ever again!

When i placed my order, delivery was to be in a couple of days. Nothing arrived so i mailed and i was told by 'Mark' it was expected to be back in stock and would send it out straight away. Nothing appeared, mailed again was told again, by Mark, i would receive it very soon. That was over four weeks ago, now my email is being ignored. No refund has went back into my account. Dreadful service and way to treat customers. I would recommend not to use this company. Clearly disorganised, with no customer care.

Disappointed. Waited for 10 days for an item. When I chased it up they said it wasn’t in stock even though it said it was in stock at the time of order. Luckily I contacted the, I would have been waiting forever.

I visited the Warrior shop at Cardrew on Saturday 27th February and received excellent service. Needed a couple of small items ( mains screwdriver tester and a brass olive) to complete shower unit installation. Many thanks to Anthony for his help.

I was confronted by the boss and he was very mean and so rude to me and well i think this is maybe normal for them. But well on with the story he told me i could no longer go to classes there as some of the patrons there did not like me and well i did become upset it was a reaaly bad knight for me and would not want anyone else to go there and have a bad exprience as well.

Good value on order of Bandsaw and miscellaneous items. I was e mailed to ask was display model acceptable.. Yes no problem. Order was dispatched quickly.
Great range of products but try to stick to Brand names and not generic stuff like the Tape measure I got which never recoiled.

Didn't get any email confirmation of my order. Not before I asked for it. Tried to recover my password, but never got any reset link. Contacted them about my order and were told it was sent, and should arrive that day. Nothing arrived that day , or next day. Contacted them again, and they said it was lost in transit! So they told I had got a refund. So far, no refund yet. So having big doubt it is a serious place. Won't be using it again

Huge range of products, It's great to see a local bricks and mortar shop branching out on the web. Ordered a Strimmer on Monday and it arrived on Tuesday (with a free hat to boot!), can't get better than that!

Fantastic local hardware and electrical store with greatly experienced staff who are always more than happy to go out of their way to help.
A veritable Aladdin's Cave.

Ordered planting grit. One week on, nothing. So I called them and they said it was out of stock and that someone was meant to email me. Apparently, their warehouse doesn't always communicate with their online stocks. Not good for a company with the word "warehouse" in their name.

Said it was due in stock today or tomorrow but that sounded blasé. So I cancelled

Purchased a mirror at a specific size, it arrived very quickly but was the wrong size got intouch with them and they said I was a liar that the correct mirror was sent out, now they will not answer the phone or emails and will not accept any responsibility for their mistake, so I took it further with paypal, just be careful with these people, they are good when everything goes well but ignorant and rude when something wrong happens.

Spent 98 pence on an item. Postage reasonable. Packaging good. Arrival prompt. You would have thought I had spent a fortune. Excellent service

First time i used this company not sure as some revues were bit poor but my parcel was delivered quickly and really well wrapped and contents all ok .The one think they could improve on is communication I did not know when my parcel had been dispatched and when it was going to arrive but for all that there web site is easy and items were very good quality
