As the owner of a busy used car dealership we have tried and tested many warranty companies to suit not only our needs but our customers needs too. Having the right warranty provider is just as important as buying the right stock. When issues inevitably arise, you need complete confidence that the company standing behind you is reliable, fair and genuinely wants to help both the dealer and the customer. That's exactly what we've found with Warranty Solutions Group.
The biggest asset to the company, without question is our account manager Nita. She goes above and beyond every single time we need her. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Whether it's answering queries, helping with claims, resolving problems or simply offering advice. She is always approachable, incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely cares about delivering the best possible service.
In this industry relationships are everything, and Nita has built a fantastic one with our business. She takes the time to understand how we operate and works with us rather than just acting as another account manager. That level of personal service is becoming increasingly rare and makes a huge difference to our day to day operations.
Having a partnership with WSG gives us confidence when selling vehicles and reassurance when supporting our customers after the sale. Knowing that Nita is only a phone call or email away gives us real peace of mind and her professionalism and commitment reflect incredibly well on WSG as a whole.

Purchased the platinum cover for a Ford…
Purchased the platinum cover for a Ford Transit Van, barrel on the ignition became faulty and was happy as had this cover. Shocked to have it rejected as it wasn’t covered! This is despite it clearly saying ignition system on the platinum cover, also had a fault with the wing mirror and was told wiring is not covered. Basically not worth the money and as quoted when asked “we can’t list all the parts that are covered as there are too many” which translates to we can’t tell you what is covered! Buyer beware read the detail of what they will pay and won’t pay.

What can I say. Or where do I start. A massive round of applause. I take my off to David, Vaughan, Callum and the rest of the team behind the scenes. They performed and delivered. There wasn’t no ifs buts or maybe. As long as you do your part the definitely do theirs. I can vouch. This particular review is to reassure anyone that uses there services; that they do exactly as stated. To be fair I was anxious at first, as it was my first time going through the process. But having been through it and reached the other end. I shouldn’t have been. I would highly recommend there services. If you can cover yourself for as long as possible. As in my case it helped me out substantially. Especially for the unexpected. Out of ten they have to receive a ten. Ask me why. I put it to you Vaughan and Callum initially aided in the process being understandable and transparent. They made sure they liaised with me as to the steps to take; which I am extremely grateful. As it reached the clinical part David delivered reassured and finalised the proceedings. He didn’t allow any doubt to form in my mind as he practically walked me through step by step upon taking charge. David, Vaughan and Callum are a great asset to the company. Lucky for me I got to encounter them. Thank you warranty solutions group. I definitely will be recommending this company without a doubt. 5 out of 5 if you ask me.

Disappointed but still 5 Stars
I bought a used car with came with a 6 mth warranty from Warranty Solutions and didn't think i would ever need to use it - however i did and they were excellent - so good that i decided to extend the warranty - however they declined as it a Range Rover - Lee phoned and explained - i was disappointed but this does not detract from their previous excellent warranty - hence 5 stars.

BMW i8 warranty
Ive had a few things go wrong with my BMW i8 and every time WSG have authorized the work with minimal issues. They are prompt at replying. Ben was always quick to reply to emails and the whole process has been smooth their end. If only my car was as reliable....

Best thing I did was get an extended …
Best thing I did was get an extended gold warranty with this company when I purchased my car.
High pressure fuel pump went on my Mini which cost nearly a £1000.
The quote was sent in, they sent a response that the part was incuded in the warranty and to go ahead with the work.
My local garage did all the work and got paid direct.
