Stella has been so great!

I can’t thank Stella enough for her outstanding customer service. She’s been nothing but helpful every step of the way. So patient and professional. The warranty itself has been a lifesaver I’ve had a bit of bad luck with my car this past year, and it’s saved me so much money in repairs.

Great experience

Usman talked me thru the explanations of the types of warranties that were available.
Usman extremely patient, has great customer service skills and is a credit to his company. Felt comfortable and safe in the knowledge that Usman had an understanding of my circumstances and was very accommodating and supportive and friendly. This guy deserves 10 out of 10 gold stars. Spot on

Car broke down

Car broke down, needed a new part, warranty wise were quick and effective with paying. Car went into the garage Monday and Wednesday all works done and paid for.

Absolute joke of a company

Absolute joke of a company. Rinsed me for £500.
Garages won’t touch these people!
Had me wasting my time trying to find a garage willing to work with them.
Had me jumping through hoops to claim only for it to be rejected,
May as well have tossed £500 out of my car window

We provided you with a list of VAT-registered garages that may be able to assist, but if a garage is unwilling to work with a warranty company, customers do have the option to pay for diagnostics upfront and claim back any covered repairs.

Efficient service of exhaustive cover with excellent value. I couldn't be more satisfied. The representatives provided a comprehensive warranty perfectly suited to my financed vehicle at a remarkably competitive price.

I was Mis sold a warranty I thought…

I was Mis sold a warranty I thought would cover repairs to my new car. 6 months old it needed repairs of £8,000 clearly not me that caused this. The warranty Company offered to pay £500 not sure what kind of warranty that is. No labour hours included that’s it. I was then advised I needed £650 of advisories after a free service these were of course denied to be recouped . Was told I’d receive my diagnostic fees of £120 back still waiting. Very rude when you need to speak to someone but very pushy when signing you up. I wouldn’t bother after the experience I have had.

When you first contacted us on January 23rd, 2025, we responded straight away and asked for details about your claim. From the evidence you provided, it looks like the issues with your car had been ongoing since June 2024, and in July 2024, the dealership advised you it was okay to keep driving. We’re really sorry if that advice led to further problems.

On February 4th, 2025, you sent us a repair estimate for £8,104 and a £120 diagnostic invoice, but also mentioned that a friend had done the work for around £700. We asked for a receipt to see if it could be covered, but unfortunately, we never received one. We also noticed that the service report included tyres and brake discs, which aren’t covered under the warranty.

While we aren’t required to cover the £120 diagnostic fee, we do sympathise with your situation. If there’s anything else we can do to help, please don’t hesitate to give us a call at 0330-818-3064—we’d be happy to talk things through.

Great and stress free experience, I had no trouble making the claim and it was paid directly to the company in a timely manner. I would carry on using them.

Shocking service

Shocking service. They took a direct debit out that wasn't agreed, and are now ignoring me. They set up something they had no consent for . Disgusting behaviour

Great interaction with Usman

I had a great customer service interaction with a lad called Usman. He went above and beyond insuring I understood what was going on in a way which was easy to understand. He spoke very clearly and well and overall was a very good conversation. I would highly recommend Usman.
