The necklace and bracelet I ordered are good quality and do not leave any stains or cause discomfort. The packaging is good and price is reasonable.

However, there are very long shipping times to international countries, I don't understand why there is no option for the much faster DHL Express when shipping internationally, restricting it to only EU/UK. Deutsche Post is used instead, which took in total around 3 weeks with tracking information not being updated; it was delivered to me without any advance notice. I would gladly pay more to have DHL Express shipping as long as the price is reasonable, but the option isn't even there when choosing shipping options.

Furthermore, an item in my order was over-ordered, however I was just refunded the item price instead of being offered to reserve the item and shipping when it was back in stock, or offered to replace it with another item of similar price and shipping it without extra cost. This irked me because "free shipping" is only offered above 80 EUR, meaning that I would have to buy more to accompany the refunded item to qualify for free shipping by no fault of mine.

My items were also dispatched in two business days instead of one, which isn't really a problem personally but the claim on the website "We process & send your order out within 1 business day from our warehouse in Nuremberg, Germany." is misleading.

The rings are great, quality is top notch, packaging is great for the price, shipping was fast and the fact that they send you a free ring sizer makes it all better, as it is a very useful tool to have. My only complaint is the shipping price, which comparing to other jewelry stores across Europe and the United States is higher than I would like. Still, the quality you're getting makes it worth it!

Amazing jewellery, really good quality. Spoke to the team beforehand to ask when the piece I wanted was back in stock and they got back to me really quickly. Ordered from the UK and the team warned me it might take a week for shipping, but it came within just a couple business days. Packaging quality was top notch + hand written thank you was a nice touch.
