I ordered Wheels September 9th with an estimated three week delivery, I called after four weeks and was told her we were waiting on anodizing it should be two weeks. I called four weeks later and was told they were waiting on anodizing it should be two weeks.
I asked the rep AJ why they don’t send an email updating and why I had to call to find out where stuff was and he said they don’t have time for that.
Really?
I said I’d like to cancel the order he said OK no problem, no resistance or apology.
If you don’t have time for your customers, what do you have time for?
