Incorrect company

Incorrect company, just disappointed to them.
I asked them to repair the thermostat, then someone came, did nothing, and invoiced 141 euros.
I wrote 3 mails before what my problem is, but they was not prepared for this, and didn't offer the solution for me, and did not give any refund.

De thermostaat bleek helaas niet te repareren te zijn. U heeft van ons een offerte voor vervanging ontvangen, zodat u de thermostaat weer volledig functioneel kunt laten maken. We begrijpen dat dit vervelend kan zijn, maar we proberen altijd een passende oplossing te bieden wanneer reparatie niet mogelijk is.

Fraudolent and unhelpful

I called a technician to come for the bi-yearly revision of the boiler. The technician found out the boiler is not compliant to new regulations, took photos and told us they would send a quote for fixing it, and then without explanation charged 104€.
Few days after I received a mail from Warmte Group to send pictures of the boiler, since apparently the technician "did not shares them". I shared the pics that I could (since they even asked for pics of the pipes on THE ROOF which is not accessible) and they said anyways they could not do anything without photos (!?).

No replies when asked what the 104€ are for.

I will just change provider.

Dank voor uw feedback. De door ons in rekening gebrachte kosten van 104€ zijn volgens de door u geaccepteerde voorwaarden en hebben betrekking op de uitgevoerd veiligheidscontroles.
Wat betreft de foto’s van de ketel: de monteur heeft foto’s gemaakt tijdens het bezoek, maar om de vervolgstappen te kunnen uitvoeren vroegen wij aanvullende foto’s en informatie. Zonder deze is het niet mogelijk een offerte uit brengen om de situatie aan te passen.
Wij merken hierbij op dat de aanpassingen uitsluitend voor uw veiligheid zijn.

Excellent choice for Expats

Excellent choice for Expats.
I have been trusting Warmtegroep for many years, and they offer a great service. I hired them for boiler and ventilation maintenance. I recommend hiring the annual plan as they will come once a year for a full inspection, ensuring that the boiler and the ventilation are working correctly and well-maintained.

Decent communication, good mechanic

We had a faulty boiler. The communication via email before the visit was decent, though I had to ask a few questions multiple times to get an answer. However, in the end all questions were clearly answerred. The visit itself was good: a knowledgeable and friendly mechanic came to service our boiler.

SCAM - Avoid this company

I paid EUR225.00 for the maintenance of boiler system. They came home, replaced some parts and went out.
Then, 2 hours later the same error that was happening before showed up. I spoke to the lady on the phone and she told me I would have to pay extra EUR150.00 if I wish to have a new technician in my property. Also, she was very rude during the call. This company is a scam. Avoid it!!!
You went to my apartment on Feb 26th at 04pm. So, you know to whom you are responding. Please, don't pretend anything. That's a shame.

Personnel is useless

Upd: Warmte group reached out saying that they suggested to watch YouTube video just to save my money, even though it was not communicated over the phone. Warmte groep, you don’t decide for me, you offer options and I choose. If I feel uncomfortable to fill up the tank, I’ll better pay the money. Anyhow, the issue is not resolved, lady on the phone was not helpful. I would not recommend paying them a subscription.

Personnel is useless, you pay subscription for maintenance but no one will come to fix the issue, you will be advised to watch YouTube videos.

Het enige advies om een You Tube video te bekijken is als u niet weet hoe u de cv-ketel bij moet vullen. Dit om te voorkomen dat u kosten in rekening gebracht krijgt omdat bij vullen buiten een abonnement valt.

Not recommended at all

Not recommended at all. I took a new contract with Warmte Groep for the first time for regular maintenance, there was no issues with the boiler. I requested for a person who could speak English so that I could understand him. They sent a guy who could speak broken English which is also fine with me because atleast he could understand what I was saying. This guy was rude since he entered my house but I did not care as long he does the job. The maintenance was costing me €185 euros, there was no problem with the boiler so I did not expect any parts to be replaced. This guy from Warmte said he need to change some parts and that would cost me €89 (maintenance kit) additional, we agreed to that and got a little busy with our office work. Later he said another small part needs to be replaced but did not tell how much it will cost. At the end he said the total bill is €566 which is absurd, the small part was gas block+ignition unit set which costed €292. We were shocked and upon asking he said I told you I need to replace this part, he did not tell the price before. There was no issues with the boiler earlier so I don't think this part even needed replacement. I just needed a maintenace so that there is no issue during the winter months. We had to pay the full amount as he has already done the work. The guy was even more rude while going out. Very dissapointed with the service!!

Realiable, attentive en with client intererst in mind

For the second time i found myself enthousiast about the service received: my CV needed to be cleaned and it worker has been also suggesting a better setting to save costs (i was unaware of these possibilities). I also hot answered several questions without time pressing. Fare price...just a long waiting for the appointment....but with this service I gladly wait.
