What a wonderful company! Molly was an absolute star – so kind, helpful and understanding throughout, and nothing was too much trouble.
The communication was brilliant, everything was handled quickly and with such warmth (no pun intended!), and it really reminded me how special it is to deal with a business that genuinely cares about people, not just orders.
The products themselves are gorgeous ( I have the Penguin Warmie and it is just beautiful) and clearly made with care, but it’s the customer service that really stood out for me. I wouldn’t hesitate to order again and would happily recommend Warmies to anyone.

They haven't delivered my goods. Ordered 27.12.25 . 48hr delivery still no word. Just have a confirmation. I'm not impressed.
Bought a couple of XL electric jackets and pants.
They arrived yesterday, when I tried on the XL jacket was tiny could not even close it.
I wrote to Warmzies who blamed me for the jacket not fitting.
I asked for return label several times
and was told who I believe was the owner Amanda Lawi their return policy would be looked at and they would let me know.
This was un acceptable I wrote back stating I was going to dispute the charges with my bank who hopefully could get return label and my refund.
This company gos out of their way to hide this company from being reviewed.
Close to next to impossible, in my opinion it shows more about their dis honest business practices.
I hope they can grow up and learn to treat their paying customers better from now on.

Tried to place an order on 1st Dec online and the website claimed they didn't deliver to Bristol, email the company and was advised to try later. Tried all day and still wouldn't work. Tried the following day and the address was accepted but the offer I was trying to purchase was not applying, emailed customers services 3 times and have been completely ignored. I appreciate the offer may have expired and would have been happy to talk to someone regarding this however I have just been ignored which is not just poor customer service but rude
My daughter was a fan so I acquired the sloth pair for two sets of sisters and they were a big hit :-)
Really lovely products. I have ordered twice from this company now and very happy with the quality of the soft toys. Although it feels slightly wrong initially to microwave a panda / hamster etc! My kids love their warmies especially now the weather is cold. I had the same issue as the other reviewer in that I didn’t realise one of the warmies I ordered was on back order which held up the rest of my items. But this was sorted very quickly with an email to customer care who let me substitute for an alternative item and shipped it out the same day. Really good customer service.
Ok, firstly, there were a few hiccups.. I ordered both the bobcat (already in stock ready to ship) and pre ordered the black cat. They do not ship the in-stock item separately, they wait until your full order is ready- fair enough as long as you know when purchasing. However when the black cat did come in stock my order then wasn't automatically shipped! The reason I'm still awarding 5 stars is because these things happen and it's no one's fault, the issue was also sorted extremely quickly. The staff member Abbie that I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful and understanding, however after another couple of days and my order still hadn't been shipped I did email. This was answered promptly by Jessica who personally posted them right away with Royal mail and provided me with a tracking number straight away. Although the process wasn't as seamless as everyone would have hoped, warmies staff made sure issues were dealt with with empathy, understanding and resolved very quickly! And I love my warmies!! Thank you 🤗🥰
