Really pleased with the response I get when ordering Warhammer goods, always so quick and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

The product delivered was damaged, wich is really disapointing for a 240€ collector codex ...

It was a dark and rainy Saturday night. I had finally made the decision to jump back into 40k with a brand new Dark Angels army, but alas, the rain and traffic patterns had other plans as the GPS was placing my arrival 1 minute after Warhammer closed. As fate would have it, I had a cellphone on hand and my local store has a land line. After no more than two rings I was greeted and Elizabeth orchestrated some amazing music for my ears...
Long story short:
Amazing customer service, The Lion - Canis Rex - Deathwing Knights were secured, and paint is flying. Thank you Elizabeth!

Orders should come on the day of release not days later considering the price you charge

I pre ordered 25 Tone Pro paints and upon delivery, my Celestine Skin 2 exploded and I didn’t receive Blackstone Void 1. So both the order fulfillment and delivery failed.

Import duties covered, but the package arrived 4 days later than expected (take that for what it is, ymmv)

I liked the paint I ordered I’ve ordered multiple times I’ve never had a problem

I was ready to buy a limited edition Black Friday book the minute it became available as per usual. Payment saved. On high speed connection.

Payment authorization failure... again... again...and again. Over 10 attempts from my completely legit card. And then the item went out of stock.

I contacted customer service and was gaslit and told I was simply too slow. I was not and insisted their Warhammer sabotaged my attempt. I then tried buying myself a (unlimited stock) virtual gift voucher so I'd have money on my account ready to go next time. Payment authorization failure. I try everything. Paypal. Different card to from different account. Different browser. Clear cache. Different account. Guest account. Same problem. I get blocked by the website and cant do anything. Now customer service sort of shifts the story and says the issue is that their mandatory security check/validation om their site is doing it. From now on their ability to help is apparently exhausted. They don't know why it happens, how long it will last, or have any way to help me whatsoever.

It is just honestly baffling. I am here as a customer, eager to throw my money at a company...and they don't want it? Their own platform is losing them income and they have no interest in fixing it at all?

To say I am frustrated is an understatement.

The products are of course fantastic, the site is easy to use, and overall they're good
