I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Ruby at Warehouse Stationery Westgate.

As a mum of a special needs child, I do a lot of printing, laminating, and organising to support my son’s daily care and routines. It can be overwhelming at times, but Ruby made the whole process so easy and stress-free.

She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful — really taking the time to understand what I needed and making sure everything was done perfectly. It truly means a lot when someone shows that level of care and support.

Thank you Ruby, you made a big difference for our family 💛

I had bought a new Veon tv from The…

I had bought a new Veon tv from The warehouse March 2025, unfortunately any problems they need to go through stationery warehouse... There customer service is not only slack, they are rude and almost like theyre just trying to rush you thru or shut you up not interested in what you have to say.. Maybe because its paperwork.. anyhow, problem 1 was i went in about 8 weeks ago coz the remote had never really connected properly and i thought it was the problem with the remote.. When i got home with the tv my son put it on my dressing table and thats where it stayed i thought wow ive finally got a good one... I put the aerial in and my son set it up with google etc.. But not only would the remote not always connect, i had to press it harder at times but the TV kept loosing signal when on tv channels... I just thought it was my wifi... New technology, When i put the aerial in originally, i want to make it very clear, i cant push hard because i dont have alot of stength in my hands, but the aerial socket was quite loose, being a new tv i thought this was how this one was meant to be, today i accidentally, but not hard, im very careful how i dust around tv , well i lightly knocked the aerial cord as i was dusting my dressing table, the whole aerial just fell out with part of what i now know to be the socket... Now i know it was nothing I'd done, but stationery warehouse didnt want to listen, the man, Kerran, just said i should have bought it back within 24 hrs when initially putting aerial in, hello i am 65 yrs old with stage 4 emphysema i cant bring it back on my own, i cant lift it and i didnt realise that the aerial was a problem.. Im not a technician... My children are busy working, i am not accessible to people that can lift a tv and it wasnt till lastnight it was a major issue so i bought it straight back... Apart from that im still waiting for ordered replacement remote ... But he didnt want to know about that.... Very rude... No understanding or inclination to give a damn... Where are they finding these staff.. What happened to empathy, caring and top customer service...

Im so disgusted in the Warehouse, worse move they made having stationery warehouse move in...

Im taking this further

Update:

After writing to Warehouse Stationery.. I got a reply.. A lovely gentleman in Palmerston North store rang.. Apologised with everything I'd been through.... He offered a replacement or refund... I got my replacement today... I have faith in Warehouse Stationery again, shame it took me writing to them but i now feel listened to...

Thank you
The awesome gentleman at Stationery Warehouse for resolving my problem.... 😊

I spent $200 on a new samsung phone today....I was shocked when the person serving me wanted to charge me another $10 just to remove my sim from old phone into my new phone.... Funny too because another customer offered to do it for me right then and there just to be kind.... This company has seen the last of my business....shocking customer service would have taken him less than a minute ...to go the extra mile for such a little effort. Store in Mt. Albert Road Auckland

My visit to Warehouse Stationery

My visit to Warehouse Stationery, NELSON today could have not worked out better. Cody was a very pleasant and helpful young man. When I explained what I wanted, he took immediate
interest in the task ahead. He had such patience with me, over 70, trying to explain moving photos off my phone to a USB. Good job Cody, thank you.

Where has kindness and professionalism gone?

I've been sitting in the store for half an hour for ONE photo. 6x8. Easy or so it shld be. I was told 5-10mins im still waiting. VERY uninterested, unfriendly terrible customer service overall. I asked to speak to the manager who was at the checkout counter, he looked and behaved unprofessionaly by just stearing at me like a stunned mullet. I wont be back.

Completely useless & incompetent staff…

Completely useless & incompetent staff at Warehouse Stationery Hawera.
Ordered prints online on a Sunday. Website says 2-3 business days for click & collect from local store. No update after 5 days so I called into the store(27th) for any information in regards to be my order. Firstly, they couldn't find my order or any record of it even though I showed them the receipt of the order. Got shafted from one desk to the other only to be told eventually that my prints were coming from Papakura. Completely dissatisfied with their poor excuses I emailed the photo service & was informed my order was delivered on the 24th Dec. As I live out of town, I'll have to call back in on my next shift for work. I knew staff there are never helpful anyway & this occasion varifies it more. First time using their photo service service & probably never will again. Disappointing.

Had a disappointing interaction with…

Had a disappointing interaction with Warehouse Stationery. Ordered product online on their sale, they came back and said they couldn't find the product but were looking high and low for it, they then re advertised it within 24 hours of my order being placed, on their site as in stock but at a higher price. They then cancelled my order and refunded the money I had paid while still advertising the item as in stock. Do they know it's illegal to advertise stock if they don't have it? Never mind jacking up the price and then advertising again that it is in stock. Needless to say, I will be sending a complaint through to Commerce commission next week. But honestly shame on Warehouse Stationery.

No service, no contact, no print job

Same day printing service was advertised but after more than 24 hours, print job still not ready. Couldn't contact them (Lyall Bay) to check if job was ready - one phone number didn't work, one wasn't answered, and they don't respond to emails. I went there twice before I finally cancelled the order

They state they have 24 hour delivery…

They state they have 24 hour delivery times for photo printing, but when talking to staff at the store it was going to be up to a week - due to it coming in from out of town. This is clearly not stated on their website and in following emails. Make sure you at least leave 7 days for picking up the simplest of photo prints. They will not offer any form of compensation for not fulfilling the order in their guaranteed timeframe.

Avoid Sylvia Park Warehouse Stationery like the plague.

I used a gift card here for the first time. Let's say my item was $16. The guy was reluctant to serve me as he was shifting stock about. He did my transaction and told me that I had $16 left on the card. This card was meant to have $200 on it. He was adamant that 16 was all there was. No, he couldn't look and find the balance. He sent me to the nonexistent help desk in the Warehouse. The girl on the counter said I would have to ask the gifter how much was put on the card. No she couldn't help. Another much more obliging person took some time and phoned the gift card office and the total of $184 was established after much argy-bargy. While doing this the manager reprimanded the woman helping me off for not doing her shelf stocking task and told her to get on with it. He should have been commending her for doing great customer service. No wonder Warehouse group is not doing well if this is par for the course. I went up to the manager before I left and told him he owed the woman an apology. I doubt very much that she will get one.

Customer service not good and products faulty

Do not go to this place especially for a printer. Ive spent hundreds there and bought an HP printer recently that was a faulty product. I spoke to two managers who refused and said they had more rights than me then didn't fix the printer and told me to come pick it back up with faults. I left the paperwork problems with it as it was only printing half pages. Will not be ever buying anything from them again, they even tried to say because its a printer no refund. Its against the consumers act. I was even told by one of thier staff members not to buy most of thier printers, as he said they were not good products. Thier customer service is the lowest service I have ever had and I deal with many.
