Always love the pieces I receive in my box they are such good quality and great variety!
is there a minus star?
i canceled but they sent crappy overpriced childish clothes anyways.
then were difficult about the return - some of us work and cannot make that turn around happen.
don't try them.

These people keep trying to charge me $284 for my box even though I sent everything back except for the free gift. The free gift was a gold bangle that’s barely big enough to fit around my wrist, it’d be more suitable for a child. Do not waste your time on this company. I can find better clothes from a thrift store.
Update: This review is the only reason they “made it right”. I had been emailing them every time I received a charge, and this is the first time that I got this type of feedback. This response could have came from the very first time that I emailed y’all, and this review wouldn’t have to exist. The bag that you sent to return the items is too small to fit everything you sent to me in your medium sized box. If it burst open in transit then that is on your decision to send a bag so small. I believe this is intentional so that we feel pressure to keep items or to buy our own shipping supplies. This is a ridiculous thing for your company to do. I will absolutely not be making any purchases from you in the future.

Do not believe a word this company says. Customer service talks a good game but that's all it is, words. They offered to do a payment arrangement for me so I could keep more clothes than I would have been able to originally. THEY OFFERED. I waited weeks. Then they started trying to process my payment for full shipments. Each time I contacted customer service, I was assured that they were working on it and they would NOT continue trying to process my card for everything. They lied. And, even though my bank tried to block the transaction, and, even though they said they wouldn't keep trying, they processed for nearly $2k. After the dust settled, my credit score took a 30+ point hit and it cost me nearly another $200 in fees. And there were still charges for one other box that my bank did manage to block that they STILL kept trying to put through. I sent everything back and I finally got smart and changed the card on my account to something that would never have enough open for them to process a payment through. But they kept trying. And even after all of that, just to be rid of them, I actually, again, attempted to set up payments for what they THOUGHT I still owed them. But, nope. Instead they sent it to collections. Like I even care at this point given the damage they've already caused. You have been warned.
UPDATE:
Responding to their response. LIES. I have dozens of emails of apologies for processing payment when they were supposed to be setting up a payment plan. And even after all the problems they caused, and even after they NEVER figured out how to setup up the payment plan THEY offered, they then sent threatening emails about how I owe them money. They charged me thousands. I sent product back. I even had a $180 merchandise credit on my account and they STILL threatened me and then had the gall to send me to collections for more money than I could even possibly owe them. LIES. LIES. LIES.

The box that came was damaged and there was an article of clothing missing. I stated that numerous times at check out as I was returning everything anyway. I was still charged for the cheap item that was never in my possession. Even disputed it with my credit card. Terrible company with terrible customer service. Their clothing is cheap and not worth the price either. Never again

Every edit box received has been filled with amazing picks for me and my preferred style. I am beyond thrilled with this service and plan to continue using Wantable. Thanks for being a high quality company.
I am leaving this review solely regarding their payment style. To describe it, you pay first, for the styling, then they send you the items, in the box, there is a paper that shows each item, and each of those item's price. You have a choice of sending certain items back or keeping them. The ones you keep, you pay for. (Be prepared to pay A LOT.)
I wasn't expecting the price to be SO HIGH ($600 USD) for all items, so I asked for a payment plan which they agreed with, all was good until they charged me for all the items in one payment, totally disregarding our agreement. I've contacted them about it multiple times and they basically brushed it off, in lamen terms, saying "Sorry for the inconvenience and but sucks to suck."

I love to wear stylish clothing, and have little luck shopping in stores. There are so many different styles and fabrics available at Wantable. If you have an exchange for a different size they send it very quickly. If you are not satisfied with the clothing that you received, just send it back. It's a very easy process. If you have not yet tried Wantable, I highly recommend that you do.
This is a very easy process. Pick what you like, mark your dislikes. Keep what you like, send back what you don't. It's that simple. Everything I have received has been high quality material and brands. I have been extremely impressed with the customer service. Will continue to be a happy customer!
I love the styles that my stylist picked out for me. Everything that was in that box was beautiful and worth their price.
Wantable does not easily provide a Customer Service Number to Customers dispute errors.
It is difficult to cancel subscriptions as well. When you send an email you get an automated response and no follow up to resolve issues.
They do send out orders promptly although most items are overpriced but still medium bc quality.

Good quality clothes. Great stylists. Only glitch is that earrings I ordered to be put in my box didn’t make it and I now have to wait 3
Months and hope they get in my next box.
I love being able to request specific items but also getting some unique picks from the stylists! I always want to buy everything in the box but have to pick a few favorites!
Clothing subscription services
My one complaint with all of the subscription services is that you spend a lot of time rating outfits. I'm assuming I'm doing this to train an AI or fit an algorithm so the company can send things I likely to want to keep. I've also been asked to enter notes about style and what I'd like to have included in my subscription box. Every service has missed the mark on this, I think (I've done 4 different services) throughout the buyer/seller relationship.
One of the things I like about Wantable is the number of pieces they send. I've had to send a good number back--some were things I thought I'd love when I saw photos on their site, and some were things someone or a robot chose for me. As far as the things I chose, I was mostly off in the fit (I'm a small person, and I've chosen things that were way too large for my frame). The things that a stylist or robot chose were either fit issues or things I would never wear. This is to be expected; however, I've done so many of these preference things and entered notes about what I want that the pieces I didn't pick out should be closer to what I'm looking for.
I will say this: where some of the other subscription services' clothing all starts to look the same (same designers, cuts, fabrics), Wantable has done a nice job with having themed edits and also giving users a choice in the type of edit they'd like.
The clothes that I've kept have been really great accents or staples, and I've been pretty happy overall. My one wish is that they would nail my style and that everything they send me is something I want to keep.
Also: customer service with Wantable is VERY good. If there's anything that goes a little sideways, they are very quick to make things right for you. They get 5 stars for customer service!
I ordered 2 boxes. One for myself and one for my husband. Both boxes were missing items. I called customer service and emailed and was given a line "we are escalating this to the right people to help you" and then I was notified I was being sent to collections because I refused to pay for the orders until I could explain my situation to a live person. Once I finally got in touch with a live person she was angry and yelled at me. I will never order from this company again. I don't recommend.

Wantable has been fantastic!
I have been very happy with pretty much everything I have received in my edits and I have probably purchased pretty much everything!
I only had one issue (wrong item was sent). I called them and they cleared it up right away and issued me a credit for my troubles.
I am happy to be a part of Wantable.
I was really happy with my first few orders and genuinely felt like my stylist understood my style. I've tried other services, and I thought this one was by far the best. But things took a turn when I was overcharged by almost $1,000 across two orders. Half of it was refunded quickly, but the refund for the second charge turned into a nightmare. I spent a month trying to get someone to respond, just to talk to me about what may have happened, before finally having to dispute the charge with my bank out of fear I’d never get my money back.
Once the dispute was filed, I finally got a response. After I provided proof that I had returned the items, they admitted I was owed a refund and told me they would either issue it directly or work with my bank to resolve it. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, and I was even willing to give them another try, hoping this delay was just a holiday-related fluke.
But even after the dispute was settled, they never responded about restoring access to my account. I tried reaching out twice more, but the silence said everything. It’s disappointing, because this could be a great service, but their customer service and customer retention efforts are seriously lacking. I don’t feel like they care about my business at all, and it’s such a shame. I hope this review will help them level up a bit.

I always get clothes that are well thought out and to my taste. They listen to what I ask for try to always accommodate that. The clothes are always excellent quality.
The stylists do an amazing job picking out selections based on your preferences. Wantable makes exchanges and returns very easy and shipping is free.
