Great design, really strong manufacturing and simply beautiful... WANDRD is the best backpack manufacturer ever!

Another thing to keep in mind : the support team is awesome and the lifetime warranty is a real thing. I have to use it once and it was super effective!

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with the team at Wandrd regarding a warranty claim for my DUO Daypack. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional.

First and foremost, I was blown away by their responsiveness. They promptly reviewed my claim and ensured that it was covered by their "Wander More, Worry Less" guarantee, which speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction. Their flexibility and understanding truly made me feel valued as a customer.

I can confidently say that I've never experienced such outstanding customer service with any other company. Wandrd has won me over as a loyal customer for life, and I will not hesitate to recommend them to everyone I know.

The warranty claim portal is extremely intuitive and easy to use.
The response to the claim took less than a day.
This is by far my best warranty experience with any company to date.

I bought a backpack from WANDRD two years ago (Original PVKE) and it had been performing wonderfully in that time. Recently a seam ripped, right where the back straps connect to the clam shell. I emailed WANDRD and within a day they responded and my backpack was fully covered by their lifetime warranty. It was genuinely one of the best customer experiences I've had.

I've had my 21l PRVKE for 5 years now, and I can say that their quality is top-notch. I ran into a few issues from regular wear and tear, and was considering buying a new backpack from another brand. But the customer service from Wandrd was so quick and beyond satisfying, it totally convinced me they're the best choice

Got the PRVKE over 5 years ago and have been super happy with it since! Unfortunately the zipper failed the other day, but with the lifetime guarantee I now have a new bag on order without having to pay for more than shipping!

Great customer service and great products!

Yesterday I went for a few hours of street photography with my new wandrd backpack. I have never photographed so comfortably with a full backpack on my back. I barely noticed I had it with me. really super satisfied with the comfort and it looks incredibly beautiful too, absolutely in love. thanks Wandrd team!!

Hands down one of the best brands I ordered from.
My backback worked beautifully, and when the zipper broke after 5 years, I am getting a replacement. All i had to do was show them my order and send them pictures about the damage. The whole process was super easy. I am not at all used to this kind of customer service quality. I hope this brand will set standards for the rest.

Had my bag for two years and loved it! It slightly ripped on the shoulder strap after lots of use. The lifetime warranty covered me for a replacement and they were fast to reply. Excellent company.

Original PRVKE 21L

First up, this is a fantastic bag. I use it every day as I motorcycle in to work. I bought it in January 2020 and I have to say it still looks great.

It stands up against all weather and is super comfortable to wear regardless of how much I stuff it.

But the real stand out is the company & their customer service. Last week the main zipper failed. Again this is after daily use for 3 years in all weathers. These things can happen and the company immediately sent me a brand new replacement, the new upgraded PRVKE, with no quibble.

I see a lot of these 'life time warranty' comments on various brand websites and always assume they will nickle and dime their way out of it. Not Wandrd...

As a professional photographer, it was already my favorite backpack, but after being in touch with their customer attention to ask for the guarantee, they have resolved everything in less than two hours. I have certainly become a Wandrd fan forever, such a pleasure having this trust in a brand, everything I can I will buy from them without a doubt!

What a fantastic company to deal with. I enquired about information regarding one of their camera bags and got a detailed description that was brilliant.I had to leave feedback about the way they dealt with my question and a couple of weeks later I was picked out by random to win a $50 gift towards a purchase from their website. I have ordered the bag i enquired about and I am looking forward to using it on my filming adventures. Can honestly say what a pleasure it has been dealing with WANDRD and will definitely be using them in the future. Exceptional gear and customer support !
I purchased my first Prvke backpack in 2018. After one year of daily usage unfortunately it was stolen so i purchased a second one right away. I've been using it for 5 years everyday and it still holds up very very well, except that recently i had my third zipper broke on me and i thought ok, its about the right time to contact customer support to see if i have any options to fix it. I wrote them (filled the form on their website) yesterday, and it took only 6 hours for them to send me a giftcard for all new Prvke backpack free of charge! thats rad indeed! :) you made my day WANDRD.

I've just reached my one year anniversary of my 31L all-new Privke bag, and out of nowhere, the strap ripped on my most recent trip. This bag has been my go-to for travel with my family and I was super bummed as everything else about it is perfect. Sent a warranty claim to see and had a resolution from WANDRD within about 2 hours of sending - amazingly quick, and positive response from the team. THANK YOU!

I purchased their original PRVKE bag way back in 2018 and used it extensively for travel, work, hiking, skiing, etc. Last week the outer zipper came apart while in an airport, and it would have taken some doing to repair. I remembered their warranty, filled out the form, and within a few hours I had a newer PRVKE bag ordered at no cost to me except shipping.

It cannot get any better, seriously. The quality of the gear is incredibly high. Everything is too good. The price range is great. And on top of that, I was just met with the most efficient customer service to date.

I got the original WANDRD PRVKE 21L bag in 2019 and it has been an essential tool for me as a photographer. In 2021 i also got a PRVKE 11L for everyday use and i can't imagine my life without these backpacks. Unfortunately my original PRVKE 21L bag, developed some issues with the quick side access zipper and the weatherproofing material around the main zipper on the back. I contacted the customer service and within a few hours they reviewed and honored my warranty claim and now i will be getting the all-new PRVKE 21L which i know has been improved over the original version and i couldn't be more happier! They already had my heart with their cool products but after experiencing their amazing customer service, they definitely won me as a customer for life. I plan to become a cool granny rocking my WANDRD bags and now i know their lifetime warranty has my back!
