Terrible platform. First thing was it said I had 15 free SC waiting for me in my email so I clicked on the link went to the platform never received 15 SC so it already started off lying. Deposited $100 with zero big wins. That does include the bonus that I only hit $11 on and betting a dollar a spin. Just a scam platform using people but they are actually broke so therefore you won't win anything. Stay away

I don't like the fact that I have to verify again when it already said I was verified and they want me to send them all these documents and when I did they find another excuse just not to be able to verify me so they don't have to pay me my money 😡😡😡😡

I’ve been playing for a while and have not had any issues with getting my money. In fact the told me it could take up to three days and it has come out within hours. It does sit pending sometimes for a couple of hours, but after it goes out it hits my bank almost immediately. I’ve hit a lot of jackpots, so it does pay out as well!

This casino is one of those that does everything they can to delay processing redemptions. They wait days then ask you for something before they can process. I buy coins and such and submitted redemption for $575 a out a month and a half ago and was very quickly verified thru Plaid with my bank account. On March 10, 2026 I bought 30.00 worth of SC, played Mayan Mega Stackways hit bonus and won over $1000.00. I played it down to an even $1000.00 a d submitted redeem request. Now all of a sudden they @ay I need to get verified (which I was already KYC Verified), send n ID, selfie holding note with date & wandando written on it, utility bill or bank statement in pdf format....so I jumped thru all their hoops and did it, now we are on day 6 and it's even coming to an end. Everytime I email or chat I get the same response that it's still pending a review with compliance team....I mean im getting pissed. I won it fair and square and I feel they are hoping I cancel it and put it back on the game so they dont have to pay me. I want to complain to a gaming commission or something ut dont know ow how to go about doing it. I used to brag on Qandando, but not anymore. Super disappointed!

I wouldn't spend too much here. They let me redeem small amounts, but when I won a good amount all of a sudden they said my information wasn't right. I would spend your money with more reputable sites. They also have some of the more ruder customer service people.
