If I could give zero i would. Xmas gift ordered from Ebay 3rd Dec. Showing as delivered this morning which it hasn't been. Tracking is a waste of time no info at all just stated delivered no option to contact or anything and no reply from Ebay seller.

Been waiting for my parcel since 24th Nov. Terrible company, not updating. If your parcel is coming by wan bang then chances are your not getting. Such bad reviews but as customers we can't tell sellers who not to send parcels by. Think that needs to change.

They are thieves

They are thieves. They haven't delivered my package in a month but yesterday they updated their website that the package was delivered. But I was at home I didn't see nobody to come. And until today no postman has had any problems finding my address. The address is clear. And they didn't give it to the neighbors either because after they posted the update on their website I asked the neighbors even they haven't seen. Clearly WANBEXPRESS is a thief.

Acceptable experience

I don't get it why people leave so many bad reviews. I've ordered a package from China to Hungary and they've delivered it under 2 weeks (of course I haven't paid for express shipping). I don't know how long they've shipped the package for before passing it to Pactic, then Express One, but I'm sure everything went great while my package was with them. Sure, my package's box was damaged a bit, but that's all. The product itself had no issues after shipping.

I ordered 10 cardigans for ladies in my book club. My tracking number shows the package was delivered on October 1st at 7:04 am, however as of this writing NOTHING! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

First thing. I like in the description the first line. 'What went wrong this time.' Now Wanbexpress has got to be the WORST delivery company ever. And any company that uses them does not care about their customers. I read some of the other reviews. And my situation is not different from theirs. My item was 1 hour away. It was not left there. It is going on a state to state travel. According to the tracking web site it is arriving late. Well no $h!t. It, at the time of this review, is 2 weeks late. Wanabexpress, should be, don'tgiveacrapexpress. Before ordering from any where. Find out what shipping company that site uses. If it is this one. See if you can change it to another one. If not try buying the product elsewhere. My experience tells me. If the company you're buying from doesn't care to use a different delivery company. They don't need or want my business. I will pay, from now on, extra shipping costs. To use a more reputable company.

Ghost Company - Never arrived but its tracking says it did

Buy something very cheap in China using Ebay. My purchase was sent to me by "Wanb Express"
The tracking says that on Tuesday the 27th they delivered it to me "secure delivery - to household" but it never arrived.
I was at home, the package was very small and fit in the mailbox on my door. I was looking for information on the internet and it seems that this Chinese company that is in the UK is very unserious in its deliveries and has many complaints. My purchase never arrived but its tracking says it did. The value of what was purchased is very little, but the obvious lie of this "ghost" service bothers me.

Absolutely HORRIBLE service

Absolutely HORRIBLE service. This company promised delivery on Aug 22 by 7 pm. I contacted Amazon at 7:32 pm to find out why my package was not delivered. The rep gave me a ETA for the same day yet the time changed to between 8pm and 10 pm. I checked Amazon's site about 8:30 and the date of delivery has been changed to Aug 28. This is absolutely unheard of!!! I ordered this dress on Aug 2☹️
