Super fast delivery and I absolutely love how the design on my mug turned out—exactly what I hoped for!

Nice pillow, good fabric quality and high resolution print. Fantastic!

I printed an old map on it, quality was very good since the resolution of the photo was also good. The fleece itself is not fluffy, but smooth and feels not as soft as other kinds of fleece, at least at the beginning. But overall nice experience.

They look awesome, one small thing is that the logo is not centred when the cup lid is screwed on and that’s a bit dissapointing, but not enough to send them back or leave a bad review.

Website is easy to navigate, design&order proces is clear and easy, and the products - which I received fast - seem of decent quality!

Unfortunately one of what I ordered was unreadable. The white writing on the yellow sticker is not visible at all. On the proof,it seemed perfeclty visible. It was quite a disappointment.

I have ordered from Wanapix multiple times and it went of without a hitch.
This time I ordered a big batch of temporary tattoos and all of them were delivered faulty. I contacted costumer service who initially told me they were delivered correctly. I showed them what wasn’t printed at all and they said that this was to be expected since the machine cuts out white and to keep margins in mind. I have done all of this and the machine also cut out parts that were not white.
They also told me that the machine cuts out parts that it deems to be to far away from others to save white space and that it is mentioned on the website, it is not.
They have offered me 50% back on part of the faulty order which I do not agree to. I have asked for a correct replacement multiple times and otherwise 100% back.
I do not understand why they can’t admit that it was delivered faulty and to replace the items.

They cancelled the ticket they made since I already had one showing they did not read this review. They are now only offering 50% back on an even smaller part of the order.

I ordered the white color heart shaped lego. It is possible to move up and down the fotos of your choice and give your loved ones an amazing gift. I bought it for my sister in law and she absolutely loved it!! Great gift to give!

Product and Packaging is really good. Website is user friendly, personalisation is made very easy.
