This company has called my number UNSOLICITED 4 times in 2 days - each call costing me a 'service charge' of £1.25. I was not aware the calls were made until receiving my phone bill. I did not speak with anyone. I did NOT request them to call me.

Scammers. Thieves. Avoid.

Excellent service. I found all the parts I needed and in a few days they were in UAE, where I live. They answered all my questions in a few minutes and were very helpful too.

Ordered a part for '97 Jeep unfortunately the wrong part was sent. I was kept informed by email on the progress of my refund request, a full refund was given. Very difficult getting new parts for older cars but Wanapart did their best thank you Kevin.

They provided exactly what I required . When a part was on back order they contacted me to explain and offered alternatives. I said no hurry I would wait, as soon as part came into stock they sent it to me no extra charge. Thanks to Sarha in customer services

Shopped for days on-line trying to find re manufactured vintage callipers for my camper. Not in the top hits on Google so I nearly missed them but I'm glad I found them. All in stock, quick payment and delivered within 2 days

I ordered springs for my manta GTE, they gave me my delivery and the day before rang me to let me know that the ad did not say that these were lowering springs so did I want to change my order? This I thought was very good of them.I did not change my order and the parts did arrive on the day and time stated. Very good service

Can't fault them really. Had looked at them before but went elsewhere until I discovered that company had gone bust. Part turned up on time - no problems. The only thing I might have done different is to get Wanapart to arrange for collection of exchange - It cost me £13 to return part for £20 credit and I'm sure Wanapart have better negotiated prices - they should highlight that more.

Best price I could find in the UK for Sachs shocks for my van. In stock and arrived next day well packed with constant updates. I do not honestly know how it could have been any better.

Found what I wanted easily with part numbers, good to have quality Sachs parts to choose from rather than the usual Chinese Internet junk. Surprised to find prices lower than their competitors. Customer service is great, Scott called to discuss options when a couple of items had to be sourced direct from ZF in Germany, all resolved satisfactorily. They are now my first choice internet parts provider.
