The crew turned up on time and removed the sofa with minimum fuss. I think the service is good value at £70, and hopefully the sofa will be disposed of/repurposed in the correct way.

Exceptional Customer Services
I called the Service Store and spoke to Jadelle, who has exceptional customer service skills. She assisted me in reporting an issue. After listening to me, she promised to call me back to resolve the issue. She made arrangements for Syed to deal with the situation, and he came out and resolved the problem he was very professional and did a great job. He is an asset to the Service Store.

White goods collection
I scored 1 star because the item was not collected on 9/5/25 am as agreed. I sent an email but there was no response and no phone call. I checked on the website for the progress of my request and the status said open and the action:escalated. The fridge freezer left in the front garden upright has now been turned on its side with some parts removed by someone..

It was worth the wait as on the 8/5/25 Keiran and Florence mowed the grass, cleared the weeds and my garden (old garden furniture and shed) really quickly. Communication & update
Day of collecting was 23/4/2025 and after waiting whole day nobody turned up or made a telephone call to apologise .after my telephone call at the end of the day they apologised and rescheduled to 25/4/2025.
It is too long waiting and waste of time for a person who is almost 70 years old.
