We had a really good experience with Walter Living when buying an apartment in Amsterdam. It was a time when market was heated and it was complex to find a good house. What we (me and my partner) enjoyed about the service was that it was data-based and facts driven in terms of their approach to bidding in comparison with a more traditional bidding with the support of an agent. We actually felt that the price we payed was more reasonable. Additionally, the quality of service is really good: we always received the answers to our questions on time and our digital agent (Emmely van Grinsven) did a great job supporting us through all the intricacies of buying a property in the NL. We are an international couple, so it was really important for us to have all the answers to most simple questions.

Please be aware that you'll never meet your agent in person: they are not present at the viewing, building inspection or the notary.

They do check everything remotely though. I've never felt abandoned throughout the whole buying process.

Hester, our advisor was great helping us with frequent information updates and call whenever we needed. A lot of uncertainties related to inspection, notary which one might not be aware of to begin with are also communicated well so nothing comes as a surprise.

I like their data-driven approach to analyzing neighborhoods and property prices. The buying agent (Hester) was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and recommending me bidding prices.
