I cannot believe what I just found out…

I cannot believe what I just found out about Walmart. I purchased a laptop tray table today for almost $23. I got home and I went on walmart.com and I found a bunch of them ranging from $11.99 to $17.99. The same one, same manufacturer and a variety of colors. Also different varieties that look comparable. I'm wondering how they can charge online almost half of what I paid in the store. This is an unbelievable practice by Walmart. Let me repeat, It's the same exact tray table made by the same company, made out of the same materials. I will never shop at Walmart the same again.

The delivery service is not great sometimes.

The delivery service is not great. Today, I did not receive my order, and the Walmart driver did not leave a photo of where he dropped the groceries off--if he did anywhere, he took a photo of the highway instead. I am a senior with chronic conditions--they do not make them pick up where they did the wrong delivery and deliver correctly, this is poor management. This is in Oneonta, NY. The refunds take days, and I may be without food. I live in a rural area and I lost my car in a scam. I am on a restricted diet. There is only a junk food gas station in the village I live in. They also put a huge temporary hold on groceries--especially meat, such as turkey. A small turkey is 11 dollars and the temporary hold is 40 dollars for one small turkey. The prices went up on the cheaper chicken, one dollar more for 10 lbs, and sometimes they do not have it in stock. Usually, I receive my deliveries, but sometimes items are not in stock. I am on a restricted diet, and I I am on a budget. I have to wait for a refund until I can order again, that can take days. I miss having my car--I like to go shopping on my own, instead I am being trapped and dependent on deliveries. The local bus just runs 3x a week once a day, and it takes hours to-and-from. My older service dog has heart issues and is on medications, I am not supposed to stress him out--leaving him alone for hours would cause him stress. This area is a very mean area worse than NYC, who lets a car being taken from a senior in an area with little transportation? I am also a small business owner.

Deans bridge the worst

A lot of the staff is rude, especially the team leaders and certain department. They don't know how to talk to their employees or customers especially the Walmart on these deans Bridge Road

Greatest customer service

i use the supercenter on Fayetteville Rd. in Van Buren, AR and they have done nothing more than the most courteous people that work for walmart out of all the stores i have been to. i have only been in the area for a few months and they will literally drop what they are doing to try and give it their full attention on your needs. Thanks for the great job that they do! This is the one stop shop with unbeatable prices

Pay attention to the Tax on receipt

I just want to give a heads up to be on the look out for. The next day after I went to Walmart for a few items, I noticed on my receipt there I was charged 2 taxes, Tax 1 @ 8.25% for general merchandise & Tax 7 @ 2.%. I called the store and ask ,they had no idea why I was charged two tax,I looked up Tax 7, it is a beer tax. I DID NOT PURCHASE ANY ALCOHOL. I ended up finding 3 more receipts back to Feb that I was charged the same way. I called Walmart customer service. The gentleman was very helpful. I gave him the receipt numbers, he said I was correct that it is a alcohol tax and he could not see why I was charged this way. He said he contacted the store and someone should contact me within 3 days. It's been about 6, I was charged. 90 cents each time, well if every customer is charged the .90 cent tax that adds up to a good chunk of change at the end of the day. Pay attention to your receipts.

Went to Walmart Supercenter in Siloam…

Went to Walmart Supercenter in Siloam Springs Arkansas... Went to this Walmart on Thursday the 27th of October to purchase a battery for my 2005 Ford Focus. The associate at the service desk (Frank I believe) was very rude. When we decided to purchase the battery rather then get up and assist us he pointed to where they are located, "its right over there". When we asked for it to be installed for us he exasperatedly sighed and then took his sweet time to set it up. He was rude, disrespectful, and very unfriendly as if we were bothering him with out need for assistance. Horrible customer service... If Walmart's battery were not $80 cheaper then Orielys, we would have left...

I feel compelled to write a review for…

I feel compelled to write a review for Walmart super center 3795 Buford Dr, Buford,Ga. I was never impressed by this particular Walmart but today’s shopping trip struck me as really terrible. There are numerous issues to address and I’m not sure who or what is to blame. Besides the empty shelves, which is no doubt due to merchandise shortages and delayed shipping, the lack of pricing on shelves is frustrating. Employees not available to get help from, shelves messy and disorganized; merchandise scattered on floors or hanging off display tables; employees blocking aisles with large carts while stocking shelves, few registers manned by cashiers. Merchandise prices are double what they used to be; and I realize this is a result of widespread inflation. Some of the few employees working have a disinterested attitude; not quite rude but also not welcoming. At self checkout, today , an employee approached and stood right at my elbow watching what I was doing w/o saying a word. Come to find out I rang up an age restricted item. I worked for 16 years at store 2582 in NJ. Never, never did I see that store in this shape. Zoning was a given every day and all employees did their part.Managers would round up all employees not essential to front end and then would zone and organize messy departments . So where are the managers in this Walmart? People do not want to shop in stores that look like this! I realize Walmart not to blame for merchandise shortages or rise in prices, but please arrange & organize departments , clearly show pricing, reinforce positive attitudes in employees. Till this happens in this store will be taking my business elsewhere!

I used to love Walmart

I used to love Walmart. They had such a variety of everything and there prices were practically unbeatable. This past year or so I've noticed that many of the shelves are empty or near empty and the prices have risen dramatically.

I am starting a new job today on…

I am starting a new job today on yesterday I went online to purchase a new computer to work from home from @Walmart they cancelled my order because the computer was not in stock at the store-online it showed avail for p/u now my money is in limbo - I STILL do not have my new computer! My order was canceled without any communication to me. No one from the store called me nor did they check to see if it was at another location. After doing a lot of calling around I found out that it is at another location however because they canceled it in their system and now my money is in limbo and I'm not able to purchase my new computer and I need it for my new job. I called their customer care department and they just took me around in circles without providing any real help or a real solution. They make so much money and the customer service is getting worse and worse. At this point I really feel like they should be giving me the computer at no charge and have it ready for pickup TODAY!!! Now I have to wait to get my money back in order for me to get a new computer! I have a cancellation email that they sent to my email. They also sent me an internal review and I let them know exactly what happened and I still have not heard from anybody! This caused me so much stress as I am trying to start my new career working from home there has been so much to overcome over the past 20 months or so and I have pressed and pushed to manifest powerful changes in my life and I'm looking forward to this new venture and new chapter with my new career! I want my money I want my new computer in JESUS MIGHTY NAME AMEN! RELEASE IT!!!

Good afternoon to everyone that work for the Walmart Super Store Customer Center. I do hope that all of yous are doing ok smile. Also I do hope that all of yous will have a very good day at work ok smile. In ending I want to tell all of yous that Mr Douglass the Janitor was very very Professional Helpful and very Caring when I was talking to him this morning and also he was the same to other very nice Customers too ok smile. Last of all I say that Mr Douglass had very Excellent Communication Skills and he knows and loves his job so very very much too ok smile. Now from me to all of yous please have a very very very Happy Saturday day, night enjoy take care smile.
