I have been a member of WSO for about a month and half or so. I honestly felt like I had no business getting into the industry. It was a very daunting feeling of trying to break into the industry of corporate finance. The course was practical providing a great summary of industry insights and what a day to day working with models should be like. The course went into just enough detail on relevant factors (such as opex etc) that is needed to navigate financial models.

BTW after buying this, due to high quality of the course, I bought the whole elite model package which included also DCF course and was immediately refunded of the first payment on DCF stand-alone course. So other than great products and company, they are totally trustable and honest, not granted in the courses sold on line. Super reccomended!

The web is great for initial or intermediate level research on any subject. But if you need to know the syntax for a multiply nested variable or other high intermediate or difficult programming problem, it is hard or expensive to get help.
Interestingly, while very deep, this course assumes little or no previous knowledge. As a result, it is very fast paced.

In this course, you will be guided step-by-step through the process of understanding each and every single thing on a financial statement modeling and creating a comprehensive model. The Wall Street Oasis community is wonderful because you can ask any question and it will undoubtedly be answered in addition to the invaluable articles that they provide.
