Contacted this firm about a specific wallpaper that I had been struggling to get elsewhere. Assured me that if I ordered it that day, it would be with them from Belgium in 4 days and with me 3 days after that. Arrived with me in 5 days total from ordering. First class service and information. I will definitely use them again.

I ordered three rolls of wallpaper at a cost of £90.90 I then recieved an email from andy@paperpalace reference 118wallpaper.co.uk (three different company names) The email stated that the paper was out of stock and they would issue a refund, subsequently the money was then taken out of my account, a refund was given back three days later for £87.25 only.
I emailed the "Andy" and have not received a reply, £3.65 out of pocket for my trouble SCAM!!

I phoned the shop and spoke to the rudest man I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with (The aforementioned Andy), resorted to calling me a tw*t for not reading a covid message!

Was a bit hesitant to place the order after seeing bad reviews on here but decided to go for it thinking worst case PayPal will just refund my money (this was the only place online that had the wallpaper of my choice). Order arrived in 4 business days which is exactly what it said on their website. No issues with the items, easy to recommend.

Great choice of wallpapers but unfortunately unfriendly service stuff. My first shopping experience was good but my second really bad. I needed to buy an extra roll of a wallpaper I bought in my previous order. As shipping costs to Austria are very high, actually 20 € higher as with other suppliers from the UK I decided to buy 2 rolls more of a different kind. Just not wanting to waste all that shipping cost on 1 roll. After a few attempts trying to order 2 rolls and misleading information about the stock of a different style I was rather annoyingly informed that both are no longer available and that my whole order was just canceled. Not asking if I might still need the other roll nor any explanation what so ever. Making me search for nothing etc... I found this behavior rather rude and asked for an explanation. The only answer I got was some weird king of self defense. So after all, really disappointing.

I made plans around receiving the wallpaper - in a sensible way. Delivery 1-4 days (apparently). So I planned decoration 10 days later. Safe bet.... YOU'D THINK! Tomorrow it will be 10 days without so much as a dispatch or delay confirmation. Shoddy customer service and plans destroyed. If not received by Tuesday will dispute with credit card company. Cheers guys!
