Intentional difficulties with payments

When trying to pay the invoice just after purchase, this app makes it diffcult. When the payment is due, it does not give any notice. In general, it is "hanging" and has been made difficult to use. This is clearly the intention to get fees and extra payment from customers. I will tell a major Norwegian company using this that it is not a satisfactory solution.

Extremely dissatisfied.

The payment operation went smoothly, but I am left extremely dissatisfied by the fact the my email was retained and then used to send me a satisfaction survey…

We are required to store certain personal data for a period of time after a purchase has been completed, as we are obligated by accounting regulations to retain this information.

Slow and faulty

Slow and faulty, hade to logg inn multiple times to get to pay. Compared to other payment options its not flexible and fast to use.

The one and only reason I used Walley…

The one and only reason I used Walley is because I had no other choice when purchasing an item at XXL. Walley is nothing more than a cheap and deceptive attempt to copy Klarna. Walley is only able to exist because it is cheaper for the merchant. Klarna is a superior experience for the consumer and companies like XXL should make note of this. I purchase far less at XXL than I used to since they started using Walley.

Greedy

Greedy. Can't even put money in before due date. They have these small quirks to maximize their chance to charge that high interest rate that applies after due date. Greedy f'ers.

Our invoices can of course be paid before the due date. When we notify you of an invoice, you can pay directly either via our app or website, or via your internet bank.

Walley has charged an amount twice

Walley has charged an amount for a product twice, $3000, and denies all responsibility. This is fraud! Stay far away from Walley as a payment solution!

I always order stuff online with either private or company with terms 14 days to py private or 30 days to pay as bedrift. I love my latest experienced using Walley because they have a very good customer service, they are there and quick to reply. With my payment on my last transaction i accidentally paid twice but i have emailed them very quickly with my bank transfer info that i doubled paid the transaction, the following day they have addressed the issue and returned the amount i over paid. Super content with the great service Walley did🙏💚.
