Absolute scammers. Taking monthly money even after multiple phone calls. Managed to get a refund and block from Barclays. However they’ve now started using Yes Solo and taking the money again. Will be going to trading standards and financial ombudsman about these thieves

This company engages in deceptive practices by signing individuals up for subscriptions without their explicit consent. They subsequently initiate monthly payments from the individuals’ bank accounts without providing any tangible service in return.

When confronted with requests for refunds, the company denies issuing refunds due to the expiration of the 30-day grace period. It took me three separate phone calls to successfully obtain a refund for the money that they had unjustly taken from me.

It is important to note that while the company may initially refuse a refund, they are legally obligated to issue one. I was able to secure a full refund, backdated from September 2024, as they realised I wasn’t going to let this matter go.

I was looking for an instant loan on websites and thought they could provide one. They took my account information and withdrew money from my account without offering any services. I emailed them multiple times, stating that I had not received any services from them, but they never responded. I informed the bank that they were committing fraud and managed to get my money back. However, they are still trying to withdraw money from my account every week. These are scammers, and I have learned never to trust such websites again!

This is a scam website and a scam company; you take money from my account without giving a service and want to keep taking every other time. Refund back my money or I am taking this to the law court. Your website is full of bad and terrible reviews from individuals you have scammed. refund my 34.98pounds back into my account.

What a joke I had no idea I was signing up to this very sneaky why would I pay for a stupid service when I was trying to get a loan because struggling

This is an ABSOLUTE JOKE!
Not only did they fraudulently take money from my account, they tried continuously!!! I had to make arrangements with my bank to stop everything. They have a dodgy website, a phone that doesn’t work other than a ridiculous message… please! It’s embarrassing

Keeps trying to take 34.99 out of my account i didn't and certainly wouldn't agree to pay that and its happened twice

They didn’t approve me or to received any penny from them and after 10 hours they already trying to take out money from my account.

They took nearly 40 pounds from my bank account. I have sent about 10 emails about the cancelling and refund. No answer at all. They took 19.99 pounds today as well. I sent an email no answer. Unreliable company. Fake.

Avoid. I tried to get a payday loan on a different site and I was apparently accepted by WalletWale. I went through their sign-up process and gave them my bank details to verify my identity. Not to make a payment and not to subscribe to any service. Today they took £34.98 out my account without my permission. You can't speak to anyone as their phoneline cuts off and they don't reply to your emails. Complete scam, do not use them.

They’ve now set an account up with my details, charging me £34.98 but won’t let me log into the account to cancel my account. Says “we have emailed the account you signed up with, with instructions to login” yet no email received. Very dodgy money making scam.

Trust pilot is a scam just like this. FAKE REVIEWS. BS. 4.2 stars I saw, stupidly didn’t read the bad reviews. Don’t trust trust pilot, or this. Could my life get any worse

I tried to apply for a loan I didn’t get a single email after signing up. They keep trying to take money from me even after sending complaints. Don’t apply for a loan here scamming thieves

Tried to apply for loan couple days ago, unsuccessful and today they tried to take the money from my bank, luckily my bank declined the transaction because i didn't accept it when the tried to do that. Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company! Absolutely disgusting customer service. They have taken money out of my sons account, even though they had the incorrect date of Birth! When I suggested that this was a fraudulent transaction they completely brushed it off and called me a liar. When we phoned last month and discussed that this was not a transaction we were familiar with they refused point blank to refund us. We had to go through the bank. And this month they have told us that we never called last month as there was no record on the system. They are a joke!

Applying for loan yesterday and came across these guys, asked for banking details as you would expect.

Today they have tried to take around £39 from my bank account, luckily my bank caught it and blocked the transaction. However, they have had to freeze my card entirely because of this and I am waiting for it to be unlocked.
