Did review earlier,my product finally arrived,but this company is not British even though they have British contact numbers which do not work.I will never order for them again.

Do not buy from this website unless you definitely do not want to return your item. If it turns out out not to be to your liking/right size/colour/quality etc… you will not be able to return it. I tried returning mine to Germany to get a refund and it got return back to me by the courier company 5 weeks later. Walletking phone isn’t being answered. If this company wants to have a good customer service they need a return address in the UK.

Ordered item. Told when shipped. Tracking number didn’t work on Parcel force website, states delivered but not. Unable to see photo of delivery as wrong tracking number provided. Will not trust wallet king again I’m afraid

Totally agree with some of these reviews. Has the web name of walletking.co.uk so you think its a UK company. Its not! items get shipped from overseas. I returned an item, by tracked delivery on 15.11.25, and it is still stuck in customs. I have e-mailed customer services and they will do NOTHING to assist in the clearance of the goods. I have sent them the tracking details and I just keep getting fobbed off. Avoid at all costs!

I was very impressed by their matter of fact web page "Is RFID-Blocking Really Necessary? Here’s What You Need to Know".
Which somewhat lowers the pressure to buy RFID secure wallets etc.

Customer service was outstanding and if I had only checked my junk emails would not of needed to contact them. Orderd late in the evening on 4.7.25 shaped on Monday the 7 and arrived sat the 12.7.25 so very happy great service

I never write Trustpilot reviews, but given the poor rating on here, I felt I had to for this one. Ordered a wallet, got a confirmation email, and when it got to 5 days I decided to check the tracking number. It didn't work, but I wasn't too fazed as Royal Mail tracking numbers don't always work. I then checked Trust pilot - panic. Thought I was done for. Then, as if by divine intervention, I get an email the very same day, just two hours later, telling me my order was out for delivery. I get the order and the wallet is beautifully packed and perfect quality. Surprised after the reviews? Yes. Happy with my purchase? Extremely. Obviously, looking at other reviews, there are problems. Maybe they've ironed these out since I ordered or maybe I was lucky, I don't know. Either way, I would definitely recommend if you're needing a good quality, well priced, well packed wallet.

Wallet never arrived, been almost a month now, no response from customer service they don’t answer the phone either

Bought one of your wallets as a Christmas present on the 2nd December 2024. On the New Year sent an email asking to return it for an exchange. They replied that this is not a problem and can be easily exchanged for another wallet once they receive a return. Posted a return on the 2nd January on my expenses to Luxembourg, have a proof of tracking. Haven't heard anything back since then. Sent a couple of emails, no response whatsoever, 100% ignoring without any response.
Avoid this company, don't waste your time and money, because you'll get only big disappointment !!!!

Placed my order several days ago and really concerned if I have been scammed.
Not possible to login and check the status, as stating my credentials are incorrect....

This is a Christmas gift and would really appreciate confirmation this was a genuine purchase, and goods will be received before the end of next week.

I have ordered a wallet from them. I was not satisfied with the item so I placed a return. The return costs me £12.5 and I sent it back two weeks ago to the address they gave me. However, royal mail tracking showed that postman failed to deliver the package to the address. I have kept emailing Walletking but they did not reply to me at all. It has been half a month but I still have not heard anything from them. Please do not purchase from them. The quality and service is not good and wallet absolutely does not worth £40.

After I placed my order I then read the reviews and panicked as they were so bad, I emailed walletking who replied straight away, but they emails went in my spam filter so I thought I had no reply when in fact I did,
The service was actually brilliant and the delivery was less than a week, the product is well made and i am really happy with it,
So I have given 5 stars, There was no need to panic and everything was fab in the end, It just goes to show that sometimes reviews are not always correct and don't reflect everyone's experience

After nearly four weeks my order hasn’t arrived. No email to say item has been sent as stated on initial order. Completely fobbed off with ‘wait 3-4 days then contact us again.
No tracking possible even though tracking number given.

I bought this wallet in April 2023, so after some use, I felt a review is now due. I had exactly the same style wallet that I bought from a stall at a country fair. Inside the wallet are an additional two clear plastic compartments to put a credit card in each. On the wallet from the show, eventually the plastic split and the edging came away. Cheap and cheerful. Unfortunately this review page only seems to allow one picture so I cannot show the compartments in question, BUT after constant use, the two card slots are still in perfect order. No splitting. This was a concern of mine ( as I like this style of wallet) but I have had no cause for worry.
The wallet arrived in reasonable time and came in a very nice green and cream presentation box, wrapped in a green Visconti cloth.
In conclusion the whole wallet works very well and the safety leather clasp is a boon to help stop any cards falling out. There are also ample space for coins, additional cards and notes. Its a perfect all-rounder wallet and looks as good now as when it arrived in April. I would recommend this company and this wallet.

To start with, there was no problem with receiving the order, it arrived fast and the wallet I got is good quality.

I ordered a few options of wallets as I wanted to see them in person and the website states that they have a 90 day return period, that is correct and not the problem.

The problem is the return shipping cost.

Firstly, I wasn't aware that the company is located in Luxemburg, which is partly my fault, however, the website has a UK domain and the Return Policy on their website doesn't mention anything about international shipping/customs or state the return address until you fill out a form and then they email you the return address.

When I replied and asked about who will pay for the returns, they told me that the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, which again is NOT stated in the Return Policy. On the contrary, the only thing written about an expense on their Return Policy is under Cancelling or Changing Order: "In cases the order has already been shipped out you can use our 90 days money-back guarantee and return the item to us without any expense for you."

When I asked why it was the customer's responsibility to pay for the returns and whether it was in their policy, in case I might've missed it, they just replied rudely stating "it is not in the text that we pay for the returning shipping cost."

I will be sending the parcel back, hopefully without any problems with customs. However, as it will be international shipping for a small parcel size,
it costs a third of the wallet I purchased.

So, I wouldn't recommend buying from them if you live in the UK or just make sure you only buy a wallet that you will want to keep and not send back.

I think this company should make it clear that they are in Luxembourg. If I had known this I would not have ordered from them. It complicates returns. I have now received a refund for a return, but the returned wallet has just arrived back with me! Failed to clear Customs for some reason.

Tried to buy online. Gave all of my card details. Then nothing. I sent an online message asking what happened to my details but no reply. Coincidentally the bank report a fraudulent transaction just over a week later. The first in years for me. I’ll leave you to draw conclusions but I won’t go near that site again.

I'm not normally one for leaving feedback for items, but I made the mistake of looking at reviews after I bought this item and then I panicked as I seen so many negative reviews for this company. However I have just received the wallet that I ordered, and it's as described, genuine leather and looks exactly as pictured. Also came in the time frame stated, even with Royal Mail strikes happening in between. Very impressed and would definitely recommend.

Ordered wallet,money left account one email but a photo of tracking order. Go back to website and surprise surprise account disabled and no sign of wallet scam scam scam alert!!!!
