Hi Chase -
We use a premium material made to stick to low VOC paints and hard-to-stick surfaces. Unfortunate that you had an issue. Hopefully it looks good now that it's up!
We always prefer getting a chance to help fix any issues before getting a negative review - we have not heard anything from you so it's tough to help if we don't hear anything.

Great customer service and vibrant colors
I ordered a 3 ft. wall decal and was pleased with the ordering experience, ease of installation, and final result. The file I provided for the logo had some issues which we caught during the proof process. They guided me through correcting the issues and still shipped my decal on schedule. Installation was easy and the yellow color is really vibrant.

Great customer service, great product
Wall Decal World was amazing to work with - from ensuring our custom decals were perfect to helping us find a local installer. And the decals themselves were excellent, bringing new life to our space.

Exactly what I'd hoped for
Ordering was easy. Proofing quick. Delivery in a reasonable time frame. Quality great. Only downside is my inability to apply even a screensaver without bubbles. But for my particular project, really not an issue.

Will return, Fantastic experience
Working with Wall Decal World was a breeze, and honestly a perfect experience. Having purchased Wall decals in the past from other companies, I had my concerns. This process with this company was so simple, They caught my mistake with a file upload and reached out to me right away to let m eknow that I needed a better file- rather than printing and saying "tough Luck". 10/10 Experience-.
