Outstanding service
My order arrived the next day but didn’t suit my bedroom as I thought it would. Took to local Wallace Cotton Store and took another quilt home to try. This one was the right colour but I needed a bigger one. Back I went again. The shop staff were great. Very helpful and efficient in helping me “get it right”

Great designs, some quality issues lately
Really lovely staff and some very pretty products. Quality has not been as expected lately, though. Our new Brunswick duvet cover has black slubs in it from the manufacturing process it's meant to be white and tan), and the seams aren't holding well (only had it a few months). We paid full price and it's now too late to return it, so I'm a bit sad about that. I also sent back some candles that had such a strong artificial fragrance that they gave me a roaring headache, and a pair of linen pillowcases that were so thin I could see through them (to be fair, I think a lot of linen at this price point is thin). I have other pieces I love, though, and I will continue to shop there. Just a bad run of luck, I think.
