Inconsistent sizing
Trying to redirect me to your e-return policy is, I’m afraid, entirely beside the point. The issue at hand is not my failure to follow procedure, but your failure to maintain consistency in sizing—an oversight for which I am now being penalised via a deduction from my refund.
Had the sizing been accurate, this return would not have been necessary. It is therefore difficult to understand why the cost of rectifying your inconsistency should be transferred to the customer. A full refund, without deduction, would seem the only reasonable outcome.
I would also appreciate a response that reflects genuine consideration rather than a recycled, template-driven reply. Discernment, after all, should be met with accountability—not deflection.
Clearly your establishment is not capable of addressing this matter with the professionalism your brand purports to represent.

Excellent quality, affordable price and excellent customer service
I recently bought three pairs of shoes from this online store at an affordable prices. I have to say the quality are amazing! The shoes are stylish, comfortable and exactly as described, as pictured on their website. I gave one to my brother as a Christmas gift and he loves it.
Unfortunately, one pair didn’t quite fit perfectly, so I decided to return it. The customer service team was an absolute dream to deal with, the best I have ever encountered online!
They responded to my queries incredibly quickly (Often within minutes), were extremely polite and professional in every message, and made the entire refund process extremely easy and straight forward with full refund with no hassle.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company to everyone. Fantastic product plus exceptional customer service. I will shop here again.

Excellent customer service, quick delivery. The shoes are very nice - however, the one shoe is noticeably larger than the other - which causes me to get blisters on my right foot (it’s too big) and not on my left (fits perfectly). I have never had this issue before with any shoes, so a little frustrating.

All our products are made to standard UK sizing, however some styles may fit slightly different depending on construction and each individuals natural foot shape.
