Significant Savings

I wish I had discovered you many years ago. Was a little skeptical at first, but everything went so smooth and easy and saved me money. I will be back and be recommending! LabCorp was efficient with less than a 2 minute wait time - in and out in under 10 minutes.

Inexpensive and streamlined

Using this service first was inexpensive compared to ordering labs direct from labcorp or questdiag. Second the process was quick and I got the test done the next day. Made the process easy for sending the results to my doctor before he had a chance to order it which just steamrolled the process. I used it for checking testosterone levels, but they offer many more kinds of tests.

Initiated My Own Test

I wanted to get a ca 125 test done for peace of mind. I was able to find the best price with Walk-In Lab. Ordering the test and setting the appointment with Quest Labs was easy. I was even provided a link to Quest to set an appointment. I printed out the test request after paying, and on my appointment day I walked in and had the test completed with no issues. The price paid covered everything.

Timely constructive communications. At one point there was a logistics error and someone from WIL called and advised me there was a new order in my email that I could print and have a retest. Everything worked out well.

Convenient and economical

Convenient and economical. If I use the lab associated to my Dr office I never know exactly what it will cost. Placing my order on walk-in labs was…

Placing my order on walk-in labs was very easy . My only problem was when setting up the account on my phone I tried to use the password the apple was suggesting since I was in a drs office and time was important, and it did not take it but was not telling me what the problem was , it just was not taking my payment, it took three times trying to set up the account before it worked . Results came back fast and saved me a lot of money

BUYER BEWARE...BETTER PRICES AND SVC EXIST ELSEWHERE

Customer service had been good until I needed a refund on an order placed the same day of the call and the day before.

The representative LIED and said the order was paid with a gift card so she would put the refund on a gift card.

I had to go back and forth at least 10 minutes with the idiot and request her supervisor before she agreed to correctly refund my card.

So what they do is, if you purchase 'discounted' labs and then request a refund, they LIE and say that the purchase was made using a gift card so that they can retain the funds!!!! Because I was relentless and refused to accept this LIE, my CC was ultimately refunded.

That day I shopped around for other vendors. Boy am I happy that I did!!!!!

Walkinlabs is wayyyyy overpriced!!! Better prices and better service exist!!! GO ELSEWHERE!!!! Jason's Health provides better service and better pricing!!!

Two SEPARATE orders were paid for in full using my credit card NOT a gift card. Therefore the refund should have been returned to the original form of payment as requested. PERIOD!!!

There were NO CHANGES to EITHER ORDER. They were MERGED AFTER payment of each order individually, so miss me with the BS excuse that I had to "pay the difference"!!! I paid for one order in FULL via my CC the day BEFORE I purchased the second order, IN FULL on my CC the NEXT day.

You do need to change your practices. Start with honesty, HONESTY IS THE BEST POLICY!!! Why is your explanation different from what I was told??? Your staff member who MERGED the order lied and misheld information about what she was really doing??? At no time was I told that the first order was refunded to a gift card and I would pay the balance. Instead I was told the cost of the second order and I proceeded with payment by providing her with my CC information.

I hope that you do look into this and retrain the individual who took my second payment, as per your explanation, she is the reason for all of the confusion!!! She should NEVER take it upon herself to make a choice for a patient!!!!

We appreciate your feedback. We're sorry to hear about the confusion regarding our refund process.  I reviewed your order history and see that you paid with a credit card on your original order. You then called in to add a test onto that order. In order to do this, a gift card was created with those funds from the original order to add to a new order so that you only pay for the difference in price using a credit card. Our process uses a gift card in lieu of refunding the original order so that you do not have to wait for 5-7 business days for your bank to process the refund plus pay for the new order in full. Most of our customers do appreciate this process although we do understand it can be confusing. I do apologize that it took our representative a moment to realize the gift card originated from your original order as gift cards are used in a multitude of ways such as redeeming loyalty points and gifts from family or friends. We do appreciate your feedback and will be reviewing our policies moving forward. We do see that all funds were refunded back to the original form of payment which was your credit card and again apologize for any confusion.
