I along with my Mum's solicitor have been chasing David Barton of Walker Foster for a response in regards to dealing with approving a deed of variation in respect of a leasehold property that my mum owns with her husband and are currently in the process selling, David of which acting for the landlord and dealing with the related variation, however the current position is that the sale of the property is now at risk of falling through due to what has been nothing other than a choice to completely ignore this matter for 4 weeks and provide no communication whatsoever. Avoid at all costs.

Walker Foster in Silsden dealt with my house sale recently. Lily a paralegal in the office dealt with most of the process and she was fantastic. Pushed through our sale so that we could complete in only two months and made sure that anything that needed doing was raised ASAP. Nothing ever sat around waiting for action and I always felt that she really cared about doing her best in our interests. Thanks to the team

A BIG FAT 0 out of 10 ☹️this is the 3rd solicitors I contacted for help with a issue and the 3rd one who promised to call back, even though I raised the concern of NEVER CALLING BACK but they still FAILED to do so. You want to charge £395 per hour and this is your level of professionalism, I don't think so. Shame on your bad customer support 🙄🙄

I used the skipton branch for both my sale and purchase of my new home. I couldn’t, hand on heart, recommend them. My advice would be to go else where.

I contacted Anna in the Barnoldswick office about acting for me on a house purchase. Despite several calls to the office the calls were never returned. The automatic telephone blurb that is forced upon you whilst you wait is highly misleading, their service to their potential clients is not fantastic as claimed. Avoid at all costs there are much better Solicitors in the area.
