Easy to follow exercises and the instructors are also pretty easy to follow. Exercises had me sweating from day one - not discount but targeted toward specific areas of the body. I have not lost any... See more

I find the Walkfit app extremely useful, and it boosts my endurance and my will to pursue my goal.
However, on the downside, it is quite costly.

I like that it is affordable for a 3 month subscription. The workouts are easy to follow. I like that it is 7-9 minute workouts making it easy to fit into schedule in morning before going to work.

WalkFit has made it very easy to incorporate movement into my day. I make it the first thing I do before I start my day. I have not been the best at exercise but this has made it easy and fun. I have enjoyed the workouts and added some Tai Chi walking now and then.

IT helps me daily to remind I have to move… unfortunately, it’s always based on a kind af shaming mode…

I really like the work outs and the pace. I’ve definitely lost inches, gained muscle and increased my physical ability. So far I have lost over 100 lbs with the help of this site, and learning about nutrition from my nutritional coach.
The options for exercise within the app are many. I highly recommend it.

From the information given it seemed like I would see some progress but I have seen none. I even try to eat pretty healthy and work out most days.

Overall experience very good, enjoy prompts during work out and count downs at end of sections. Doing it 2 and half weeks and have lost 8lbs, feeling positive. Have tried over diets and excercise but not had aa good results.

We're good work outs, but I was looking for a help with walking more active outside, that is not in it.
Easy with chat in app to cancel your abonnement.

It is true ti timing, fhus does not feel like a burden. For the contrary, there is a balanced choice of exercises. They are easy to achieve for most people.

A really bad app. I had to look at my phone, and there’s a heavyset woman in the foreground and a normal-sized one behind her, so you can’t really see the latter properly. There are lots of close-ups of parts of her body, which means you can’t see the whole exercise. I’d opted for a one-month trial for €9.99 and stopped after just two weeks. Two weeks later, €38.95 was debited from my bank account by Walk-fit. My bank alerted me to a fraudulent debit and when I And when I got in touch, I was told that it was an automatically renewing subscription. I hadn’t read that anywhere, and I always check things very thoroughly. If I’d known, I would never have taken it out. Because I kept insisting, there were loads of emails going back and forth, and in the end I had to send proof that I’d cancelled it! You don’t need to cancel a trial for a specific period – a month in this case! This is simply underhand deception. The company is based in Dubai...the awnser is not relevant as I mentionned those exchanges in my review. I am told several times I won't get a refund, for me it is theft.I just found out that they have again I’ve just noticed that Walk-fit has once again debited 39.99 from my account, even though they’d promised in numerous emails long ago that the debits had been stopped. My bank is going to open a fraud investigation.

I like the exercise routines/sessions and do them daily. They are appropriate for my age and ability, a good balance of being able to do them but still a decent workout. I would like more variety for routines of 20-30 minutes. I feel I’ve been doing the same 10 sessions for more than a year.
The routines are easy to access but the other tracking and motivational supports on the app are uninspired.

For the most part WalkFit is a very good app with lots of exercise programmes but I am only new to it. I joined it for the Tai Chi Walking programme and was very disappointed after 28 episodes that there are no more. I really wanted to progress with more difficult exercises and increased time but this doesn’t appear to be available. Reconsidering continuing my subscription after my initial 3 months.
