Ordered a dry bag from their website. 100% sure I selected the 40L version. On receipt I noticed I received the 5L version. Returned it and ordered the right version. Got the second delivery just as fast as the first one and got my money back very fast. Customer service was helpful and responsive. The only advice is to double check the measurements (I assume my selection was reset to the standard 5L version).
