Wainscoting America  Reviews

They helped me design the wainscoting going up my stairwell. Their patients and ability to help me order was great.

Quick, accurate delivery even included a spare!

This has to be by far the most helpful, reliable, friendly, honest company that I’ve come across. Not to mention the quality of their product’s and the promptness in delivery. One panel and the corner returns were damaged from shipping and I was shipped out and received a new panel/returns in 5 days. My dining room went from blah, plain white walls to a very pretty dining room that fit my taste. Thank you for answering emails, phone calls Deb so quickly. It was nice to speak to a human when I had to call for a question as I was/am just a beginner in this type of project. Now onto my staircase !! Thanks Wainscoting America.

They took a difficult layout and made it look great and then cut the panels to fit perfectly in the space. Very happy with fit and finish.

Deb was extremely helpful throughout the entire quoting / ordering process. I look forward to working with your company in the future

The craftsman who make up the business are simply the best. They followed me through my project providing expert advice and support. The quality of the product is flawless and looks absolutely amazing. I can’t recommend them more highly.

The most beautiful and convenient way to install wainscoting in your home. The company is very helpful, fast and efficient. Simply the best!!!

Fast service and very good ordering process, fast turn around

Working with these guys was great. Deb helped us tremendously from the start as our installation was a bit complex but she was patient and knowledgeable and our order was placed in a very timely manner.

The quality of the panels are incredible and the accuracy of the dimensions were spot on. The only problem that we had were biscuit routing on two panels didn't align properly but we were able to work around that.

Wainscoting America personally called to double check the order prior to it being shipped. They have helped me double check my measurements and orders in the past. The products are very high quality and fit nicely.

This was our second experience with Wainscoting America, and once again it did not disappoint. From the completion of our design, through order placement, and speed of delivery, their support and assistance was first class.

This was the second time we used Wainscoting America and we are certainly pleased with the quality of the their product and their customer service is outstanding. Debbie came up with design solutions for our project to enhance the overall look. Thanks again Wainscoting America for a job well done!

Super high end product. Fast shipping and great service.

Exceptional quality and perfect measurements! Very easy to install. Fantastic customer service! Will be purchasing much more to complete my entire home! Highly recommend! My contractor who installed it was extremely impressed with the product and customer service. So impressed that he plans to order for his home office! :)

From the moment of first contact till the receiving of the product, seamless. Great product. Superior workmanship and customer service. Thank you!!!

I will start by the fact that I have 0 experience in doing this kind of things. But I was put off by quotes from professional, so I decided to do the trimming/ wainscoting installation myself. Each step has been incredibly easy: designing, ordering, installing. Materials are good quality and results are outstanding. No one is believing I did it myself. I highly recommend

Deb Summa is so knowledgeable and easy to work with. She was very quick to help us with additional requirements. Shipping was fast and painless. Our project is a huge success, and we will be doing many more with this awesome small business.

I have used Wainscoting America for at least 8 years now on four different rooms and am completing a fifth now. The software is simple and easy to use, the ordering process is also simple, and the final product delivered is well packaged and of great quality. I thoroughly recommend this for anyone looking to save some time on millwork for an interior upgrade.
