Disugsting persistent spammers
Just received my second spam email of the day.
It seems whatever I do, Wayfair simply don't care enough to remove an email (that I have never used) and stop spamming me.

Just received my second spam email of the day.
It seems whatever I do, Wayfair simply don't care enough to remove an email (that I have never used) and stop spamming me.
I ordered 2 x side tables twice and they have not arrived. Keep sending emails and getting the same automatic reply. So frustrating. First order was cancelled second is on hold for over a month. Absolutely awful customer service. No way of speaking to anyone.
Ordered a tallboy. Firstly delivery company no show intime line or text message
Then when it did turn up at 7.30pm woke the grandkids
3rdly extremely poor assembly instructions. Half the pieces have no symbol or number to match written instructions. 2.5 hours to assemble it says. Absolutely no chance. 2.5 hours yesterday and today. More to to tomorrow. Whilst I know wayfair are an agent selling products they need to be sure to check couriers used , which in this case was axl couriers. And need to check quality of items supplied especially as self assembly
pretty much as all the other reviews, failed delivery, constant emails from courier company ( evri ) failed delivery, not so, contacted evri and was informed no record of parcel, i then contacted waifair who basically tried to stall me regarding refund etc, i think it is a scam they pocket your cash then give you the runaround, still waiting for parcel waifair informed its out for delivery although evri have no record of this!! AVOID AVOID AVOID
They resolved my problem by part refunding me the damaged Item I have received I'm happy with the outcome and love the item

Ordered bar stools, didn’t like them because one had defects and the colour was slightly different. Requested a return which they accepted but I have been waiting for weeks now for Hermes to collect the return which Waifair is organising - despite my multiple emails and complaints, still can’t send the stools back because nobody comes to pick them up. I definitely have better things to do in my life then waiting for couriers from Waifair. Very disappointed, I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to arrange a collection. I will avoid Waifair in the future.
Everytime I go on the site and see something I like, click on it and up pops oh something went wrong and gives you a number to ring....why???
Useless and that`s before you even get started, another reason for bad reviews
Sale staff promised delivery on a specific date, failed to deliver.
Customer service promised refund on an undelivered item, did not happen as stated.
Spoke with three deafferent advisors, all tell a different story.
meanwhile they have £87.99 of my money and I have had an additional £45.00 cost to purchase another item, which was in stock and available from Argos.
When I buy any product if any difficulty so staff did full support to me and quick sout out my problems. Thank special thanks all staff of waifair.
Has not arrived on estimated delivery time. Still waiting.
I purchased a sun lounger from Wayfair which never arrived. When I telephoned customer service they said the couldn’t refund me because it had been shipped.
I ordered the product over a month ago and it still hasn’t arrived and the tracking says exactly the same thing.
Emily at Customer service was very unhelpful.

I gave theme a second chance but didn' t work again,after that bed with missing piece delivered after 2 month(thank god I had another bed to sleeo on), I ordered a coffee table that was clearly a used item as the packaging was badly redone,so obviously was damage and there were missing screws and tools to put it together. Now I really learned my lesson. DO NOT ORDER from fhis company.

I ordered a table and chairs in stock for delivery in July was then told not in stock so wouldn’t be until end of July. Then August would be delivered and now I’m told September.
When you complain the just want to give you money back and cancel order. Clearly they are happy with false advertising. Do not order from here.

Stay far way from this company and site...delivery service is absolutely a joke.They was pre-call me on Monday and asked if Friday is ok for me for delivery.I said yes ,because I have Friday OFF ,so on Thursday I'v got confirmed message that delivery is arranged on Fri between 11:30 to 14:30.On Friday I was awaiting up to 3pm with no delivery ;(.So I was rang to customers delivery service and they told me that nobody answer on their call on Thursday.I said you called me on Monday to confirmed delivery and I said I can't answer on the phone every times when they want,because I'm a driver.What the point was ringing to me on Monday and got a message on Thursday,if delivery was not arranged LOL.Anyway they arranged delivery for next Saturday(1 week later) ..after arrived 4 boxes (wardrobe 2 door) 2 boxes was damaged ...door scraches...back plate damaged...and ragged egde from the door.NO MORE WAIFAIR!!! I wish to attached pictures but I can't.
Disgusting company take your money then blank you !! Can't track you're orders or contact them .They give you a delivery date when you make a purchase then tell you it is out of stock for 3 months there Web site works for buying products then blanks you if you want to know when it's being delivered.
