Even tiny items are £20 delivery. Need two of them? That's another £20 delivery. They confirmed by email that this is correct, but ignored me when I asked them to explain why the delivery was so expensive. They are also breaching Google SEO rules by tagging their items to appear as free delivery on Google search results before adding £20 delivery in the basket. Rip off, borderline fraudulent, wouldn't trust this company.
Good choice of products, and good communication from Wagstaff's staff, with delivery made as agreed.
My second recent purchase of equipment from Wagstaff Office Furniture for my home office has been a success.
As per my previous order the prices were very competitive and the items were well packed and delivered on estimate in perfect condition.

Thank you for your review and we appreciate and understand your comments, our website does state the lead time for products from this supplier is 5 weeks. We are currently in discussions regards delivery improvements with all our supplier and the couriers' partners to improve on this information.
Great product and price, responsive staff, thank you. Could do with better communication from the courier though.

Product was not as expected but it took over a month to return the goods and get the refund processed (plus the £60 fee to return the goods)

I do however hope you’re still happy with your side filing unit which was part of the order. My Chair was ordered 26 days ago but never arrived
Wagstaff are responsible for their delivery but would not issue a credit until their delivery driver had resolved the problem
The delivery driver confirmed that they hadn’t delivered
Wagstaff employees were very uncooperative
No wonder they have only issued 158 invoices
